Beware the unreliable narrator. It is Yukino who states she saw Shizuru slip under the covers with Natsuki. Even if this actually happened, it does not mean Shizuru raped Natsuki. Mind you, if she fondled her in her sleep it is still sexual abuse and that is bad enough. Shizuru blushes heavily when she kisses Natsuki in her sleep the next day. That is very uncharacteristic for a rapist or an abuser. Unless the creators state Shizuru raped Natsuki I simply do not believer this is what happened.

I know exactly how you feel. While there is nothing quite as good as shizuru/natsuki, maria-sama ga miteru makes quite a good substitute. Sei in particular is quite reminiscent of Shizuru.
