Странный танец... Начинается как хонга... Потом переходит в Жилга... Музыка - действительно попурри... Называется Симд... Ребята стараются, но качество исполнения не очень.

... такого рода постановки можно ведь называть проще - "Осетинское попурри". Это будет соответствовать действительности.

Позволю себе некоторое уточнение. В этой композиции, как и во многих подобных использованы элементы именно ТРЁХ !!!! самостоятельных осетинских танца. Кроме Симда и Хонга, в финале используется Зилга (ударение на первый слог) по русски читается Жилга.

Some one already commented,i agree.Ossetian girls do not move their hips, sort of "shake your buddies " doesn't apply to them , it's considered as vulgarism. Also dancers were selected carefully and exaggerated curves were not appreciated at all.

Common people! talk about the dance, not about politics... anyway... I'm a dancer... and I thin someone should tell to this dancer, that her steps ar not quite proffesional... she does not has to move her waist shen meking the steps... no one has to mention how is she making steps, she has to move like she is standing on a ice (e.g) and flow like swan... not like this...with those shakes of her lowe body...

? what are you say, for one thing, ossetians and georgians are 100% different. ossetians are a pure race like the adige. these dances are all like adige and abkhaz because we are one peple, and adige never sucked up to russia, that is why out of all the caucasians adige are the fewest, they fought for longer than even chechenya and russia killed all of them, it was a massive genocide, circassians are rebuilding slowly.but my friend in the name of brotherhood do not be so foolish.

there are only about 600,000 adige left ( that number should be 25 million) they do not suck up to russia because they fight russian parliament if you look at records you will see that. russia is trying to abolish the republic of adygea but the adiga there are fighting for it in the court.
