the easiest way to do it is to get out of ya car, w8 for the guard to walk away go in the side door where u parked the car, go in crouching and he is there facing a diff way, use a silencer pistol, photograph w8 for the guard to go or shoot him lol and drive off

The fun to do is: First u go into Ammu-Nation, then buy the SMG, not Micro SMG! buy around 1000 ammo.. Then go to the marker, and take the Sanchez (Cross bike). go up to the hut, kill guards (feds) and shoot him out of the car (make the car burn so he jumps out and then u take a shotgun (if u have) and shoot him, then photograph and take Sanchez and jump down the mountain (if u have enough cycle skills u wont fall off)

I usualy don't let him get to the car. Sneak from the backside, thats the way he uses to get to the car. Shoot some feds then he comes running and blam he's gone.

Yeah, but it's tough driving up on chilliad. Narrow roads and if he falls of the cliff and you don't get after him quick enough you may "lose" him. Great idea of putting every GTASA episode on youtube btw.
