  • my bad... 2 brothers NOT 3

  • wtf is it with those idiots in the background saying BS like this: he was only child & abused... he had too much time on his hands huhu... funny motherfuckers go F#*$ yourselves! Respect to you Logan! you da man! I know for a fact you have 3 brothers & are not only child... but hey what do those shitheads know ha? that woman in the beginning is FULL of SHIT too, with her "thats the one I wanna learn" crap! Fucking pricks! This SHIT pisses me OFF big time!!!

  • Yes Tom I do agree with that. I've spoken about the benefits of this chaos training before. You work outside the normal bounds.

  • Tks for the clip, Logan. @ Shawn and Logan: isn't the random 'muscling' at weird angles one of the benefits of juggling ? The chaotic microshocks can keep surprising the body - if the KBs light enough.

  • all right, but this is not the better execution I've seen, there were several points in the video where you lost some balance or the kettlebell went outside its proper arc, careful.

    but keep juggling

  • Rule #1 of the kettlebell is safety.

To be more precise, you NEVER do anything with a kettlebell that you wouldn't do with a heavier kettlebell. If this guy was using a heavier kettlebell he would have seriously hurt his back during this video.

You may think it's not important, but when you're working with heavier weight and get in trouble, you revert to your muscle memory. This guy might destroy his back in a pinch because of this very bad form.

  • I agree with the idea that safety is #1 but I do juggle heavier kettlebells and have never hurt my back doing so. If you check out some of my other videos you'll see me doing so.

  • Thanks for the reply. I'm a kettlebell newbie, but there were several points in the video where you lost some balance or the kettlebell went outside its proper arc, and you forced it back into place with strength, which wouldn't be safe with a heavier bell.

I understand that you're an instructor and know what you're doing better than I.

I just didn't want inexperienced people to try to duplicate what you've done here.

Maybe I'm wrong, but just trying to prevent someone from getting hurt.

  • You do have a point there. Having been doing this for awhile I know when I can muscle the bell back to where I want it and when I should just let it fall. With a lighter bell I can get away with a lot with no risk.

You are correct in that no one new should try to jump into doing these moves without a firm grasp on the fundamentals.

  • thats cool Logan, i learned a lot from your dvds, you should look at my kbell tricks video...

  • very nice- has a sensibility not dissimilar to CST FlowFit Prasara/ Parkour.

    thanks for the demo
