@moosemps yes i figured that, but the way cops are one would think it's their private property and they're very touchy about anyone getting near their cop mobiles. i would have liked to see the footage we didn't see - of them attacking the matador - showing their oh so brute strength, grabbing his feet from under him no doubt. that's what they've been conditioning us to submit to for decades.

@zeekle Well, the Tea Party usually left at the end of the day and gave the park back to everyone else. But from everything I see here on Youtube, OWS is about the redistribution of wealth. But I agree entirely about the bailouts being wrong and that those banks should have been allowed to fail. The only way to limit the corporate money in Washington is to make there is nothing Washington can offer a corporation.

@zeekle Obama just appointed a guy who wants to break up the large banks to head the FDIC. Just sayin... Saying he's no different than Bush is wrong. Presidents usually commit to their more drastic measures on their 2nd term anyway. Case in point, Eisenhower, who talked big about how Americans needed unions but passed one of the most oppressive anti-union bills of the last century in his last year in office. I believe Obama the President will become Obama the Senator again if he is re-elected.

He voted yes for T.A.R.P. (so did Bush and McCain) and his economic advisers are the same people who advised Bush (Geithner and Larry Summers). I hope you're right about Obama coming alive in his second term but I'm voting for either Ron Paul or the Jesse LaGreca and Seargant Shamar Thomas ticket!

@bladder1010 I don't buy lottery tickets lol. I also don't use credit cards, I have savings, I didn't get a mortgage and surprisingly, most of my friends are in the same boat. Blaming "reckless consumerism" on the global financial crisis is just scapegoating. The real culprit was unregulated financial instruments created by Wall Street (swaps, CDO, MBS). It's complicated and complexity is a red-flag for scams - google it.
