Actually, I took Tom's lovely advice and made the same sandwich (red onions, cheese, and all).

I used mustard instead of ketchup and added relish but Tom is a great cook.

A simple cook, yes, but nevertheless great.

Oh, and I toasted the bread, cheese, and tomato in an oven instead of a toaster.
