In the main menu just go to new game and you'll have to chose either the main story or the three separate DLC missions

at the end you chose between light side and dark side,

Light side (way its supposed to happen) you die.

Darkside (creates alternate universe) Everything is done differently, vader dies and you become edward scissor hands.

They're different endings, the dark side ending is just an alternate ending, which I think is cool as fuck. But when you start putting it into the actual Star Wars story line, then it gets confusing. An easy solution for this is to simply don't and play the DLC and use your imagination of "What if" and have fun. ;)

what you have to do is start a new save and it will be there asking if you want to play this level. This tatooine and jedi temple are the same way and they are completely separate from all the other missions and saves. its a bummer I know but its still fun.
