  • @MsGoodgirl95 Water fasting was not a diet. The raw foods I was eating was not a diet. It is a lifestyle and a way to clean the body out of toxins. I only gained weight once I started eating junk food again due to stress that doesn't mean doing water healing or the raw food lifestly doesn't work. It means that you need to stay clean after. You can't expect to eat like crap and keep of all the weight. After eating crappy I only gained 40 lbs of 68 lbs I lost within a year. When I eat good I lose.

  • @MsGoodgirl95 This was my conclusion video (meaning the end) for my 10-day water fast. <3 To me it was easy and I was my healthiest ever - you just have to make sure you eat enough and that's it!! :)

  • @LisaGou Hey Lisa, congrats first off since you lost 52 pounds in 10 days! But I wanted to know where you lost the pounds from. Because I was thinking about going on a water fast, but what if the pounds come off from my shoulder region which is already very skinny. If that happens, I'm afraid I'll just end up looking like a skeleton, might even die as if my head lacks support. So yeah, from where did the 52 pounds come off?

    I wanna thank you for watching this vid. A lot of people must not watch the whole thing because I state that I lost the 52 lbs since June 10, 2010...the video was taken on September 12, 2010. I lost 14 lbs total during the water fast! I lost the rest of the weight by eating a whole lots of fruits and vegatables and a few nuts and seeds (I was raw vegan). :) The weight loss was quite even throughout both of those processes. There's nothing to worry about losing a lot in one spot

    You did hear correctly! I lost 52 lbs in 4 months! My total weight loss was 68 lbs in 5 months from eating raw foods, juice fasting and water fasting! :) <3 Thanks for watching!

    I would caution you ro do a lot of research and know that when I did my water fasts, they were always done when my body told me so. I listened/listen very carefully to what was/is going on! If you embark on more than 36 hours of water fasting, obtaining a physician is highly recommended! I wish you luck and hope that you use your better judgement despite your decision!   • if you do more than a 3 day water fast you need to make sure you rest everyday while still on the fast,this means no exercising or dancing ! When you break the fast, for every three days you were on the fast add a day of non sweet green juices to break the fast . Then slowly go to solid foods !

    I got totally restless every day of my fast and had to at least walk and/or dance for 5-10 minutes (which will not hurt a person). I did a 15-day juice fast after my water fast to ensure a slow transition, so no worries. This video was filmed prior to the middle of September so it was sometime ago.     Thank you very much!! :) Since finishing the water fast I have recently decided that I would do the 1-day fast on grocery days or whenever needed. For example, last week on Tuesday it was my grocery day so I fasted. This week I will also be fasting on Tuesday for grocery day (we switched our grocery day from Saturdays to Tuesdays for the time being). If you really want to start fasting, PM and I can give you some tips from what I've experienced and read! <3

    Thanks so much! You can tell how much my water fast was about weight loss (not much) because I didn't actually know the answer to that question until I back-tracked! LOL! My water fast was more about detox and opening up the possibilities of pure health and getting to know myself better. However, upon going back I calculated that I lost 14 lbs on the water fast alone! That is actually really good!!

    Yuppers and I'm still losing after the fast! :) You will get there - you've took the leap by making a goal! :) I really have no idea what my size is...lol! Only because have a pair of size 5, 7, 9 and 11 jeans that all fit me now...lol! So I guess if I average it out, I'd be about a size 7/9 when I used to be a size 14/16! So there you have it! Ask anything you like, I have nothing to hide! <3
