Thanks for posting this. In the version distributed to the Philippines (Sky Jemah/Miramax), after the man compliments his singing and his eyes flame up, it cuts to the flaming of the other people's eyes and directly to the dance sequence... None of his singing+flapping arms was shown, and that "butcher" line was also not included.

I think almost every Stephen Chow movie has at least one dance and/or singing scene in it however brief or pointless it is to advancing the plot. This movie is nothing different. Why they cut it from the Mandarin version is beyond me (if they did indeed cut it).

there was 2 version of this movie, one was first released in china in 2001, then it was reased in norht america in 2004, and this was the 2004 version, this scene was not in 2001 version.
