@Blink182EatAndSleep who wouldn't want to? that is my dream to drum in the mountains with an epic view! it's not just jamming, yeah it'd be sorta weird if you just go out there without recording, cause this is just for people that want to change things up rather than being crammed in a studio!
ME TOO. Well...actually I was looking for fisting videos featuring Justin Bieber. Imagine my surprise! So this rehearsal space...how are the acoustics?
im happy to see you play with your heel down, I find alot of drummers play heel up doing doubles with their toe.. do you find heel down this holds you back or gives you more possibilites for foot technique?
Mann, du bist echt verdammt gut! Kann dir nur meinen ehrlichsten Respekt dafür zollen, weiter so! Dein Groove ist richtig "signature".... ;) Beste Grüße
everything is amazing, but i just have a slight feeling that you're losing the timing when you do those fills. dont get me wrong, i am amazed by your skills
Loving your grooves, the kit sounds gorgeous. I'm looking into buying a Rick Marotta signature myself. The only thing putting me off is the non adjustable drum throne. Being 6'2, would I be too big for it? Would my knees be by my ears or do you think I would feel comfortable playing?
dave weckl is sitting on the same thing in a vid i saw him in. he was playing this kit. it's pretty sick. go check it out. it's called "riding the hip gig."
good fluidity, but all the fills are equal, dude, includes a little more variety changing the landlord to something but slow, thus will be more interesting, or displaced simple triplets in the drum. sorry by my english, i'm from Chile (spanish language). peace.
and my translation became in google translations LOL (sorry again)

Please continue to jam, I enjoy watching you play and picking up your grooves/rhythms...Peace.
Are you using a 16" floor tom as a bass drum? If so, that's pretty funny cause, I just heard about people doing that yesterday. o.O Anyway, sick groove. You have an amazing style.

Actually, I used to own one of the hipgig kits (had to sell it for rent) and I was surprised that an Aquarian superkick 1 fit on the bass drum and gave it a very nice low end!
I got my hipgig one month ago. Its awsome. Love the sound. I got mine for about $1000. It's the Rick Marotta signature, tho. ($1000 in Norway is real fkn cheap for this little diamond! :D)
