  • 3 people referenced their dog walk cycles from Ginga Densetsu Weed.

  • that animation is amazing!!!

  • that dog looks like the little dogs hero in one of the animated 1o1 dolmations

  • This is very impressive~

i wish i was this smooth at my animations.

  • THIS IS SO GOOD!!!!!

  • pretty good! Looks like from the movie Balto =P

  • oh wow awesome job with the legs! really nice attention to anatomy on them and the movement is excellent! The design of the dog is very nice too. The only thing that seems abit off is the head animation, it seems less smooth and bouncy than the rest of it. Oh and the tail is awesome too!

  • this is...O.O epic! love it it must be 30947293857 frames! its so smoothhh!

  • Looks like freakin disney dude! Great!

  • THIS IS EPIC!!! lol, but i did notice, it sorta looks like it has a limp or something... but its hard to tell :P rofl

ITS SO FREAKIN AWESOME THOUGH!!! i wish I could draw like that T.T

Lol, and u should be a cartoonist or something, now THIS is what i call animating!!! :D

  • The...tail...is...so fluffy!

  • I love the way the tail moves! And the collar *_*

  • thats funny :) i like it ^-^

  • He looks very proud! lol Great job ^^

  • It's walking as if it's all that and a bag of chips.

  • oh mai gawd this is so smooth ^^

  • teh tail is SOO cute :D

i hope i can become as good an animator as you.

  • amazing :D very smooth, and the tail is uber cute the way it swishes around!

  • When I graduate, I'm looking into places to go for animation and art. :) I'm working on one right now, maybe I'll get to load eventually. I really love this although. The collar bounce is amazing, and the tail's so smooth. Two thumbs up!

  • so smooth, i love the way that the ears and tail move.

  • The secondary looks good in the tail ears and collar. What are you discontented about? And where are you schooling?

  • Well first off, the whole body should "bouce" twice and not once. That's why it looks weird. Also the chest hair could have more movement. I'm enrolled in Algonquin College, Ottawa =)

  • amazeing it is so smooth =O

  • wow amazing. o_o' I just cannot belive how everyone can animate dog's legs, even my friends who don't draw or smthng like that so much.. But not me! Always i try to animate dog's legs it fail.. huoh

  • Nice animation.

  • You're getting better! You always had a general understanding, but I see that attention to "ambient" detail around the body is getting a lot better. Could have been even cooler with some shake in the chest fur, maybe. Dunno. Great work none the less!

  • yah, the "ambient" detail is getting a big issue as you go further in the studies. I'm trying to pay more attention to it but I phail D :

  • You've got some nice stuff in here, though. The collar bounces nicely, I like the swishing tail as well, and the ears. I mean, you're not far in yet, so this is definitely good progress! six thousand times better than I could do it in any case. I wouldn't even be able to keep the drawing consistent! ^_^

  • ahhh this is what i would love to be learning!

  • If you are this sure you'd love to learn animation then you should enroll at a college or institute after high school. The more I do my assignments the more I am aware of how beautiful this career is! Mostly when Disney is opening the traditional studios again!

  • I hear John Lasseter is working with Disney to kick-start their Trad. animation workshops again, which is pretty awesome. I always saw 3D as a supplement to 2D. They're so different that they can easily live side by side.

  • I have to agree with you. I have no preferene over 2D or 3D (as long as they're well done). I do think they complement each other =)
