i lked it, i like shred, been playing for over 3 years, with my prof im trying to learn all kinds of harmoni and music theory, but alone is more like metronome and trying to shred, shred is fun (for me) and thats all there is in playing music

never said that is not true...believe me, I learned that in 15 years of my playing..actually shredding is stupid and emotional..and just a small segment of playing. but it is fun to show off:) that's why all my videos are like that..and I just simply upload what I do best and think it would be interesting for people to watch..but I'm trying to develop my own style..which is a combination of shredding sweeping and mellow slow playing..tnx for clearing things up for me..:)

Sounds like you want to play a Jazzy style.

You should playing a Progressive style that includes the theory of Jazz and Classical to be added to something you might find special (maybe Metal or just something you might make up). So you can try anything you want from clean to distorted and add taste. :)
