At 1st I thought; "Hang glider." But then I saw how it was moving (I don't thing gliders go backwards, but I'm open to an explanation. You BETTER be able to show people THAT one!)
Anyway, it seemed like it was just floating,& you could see it turning/spinning, like up & down were unimportant. THAT makes me think unmanned, lighter-than-air object, but... Weird, man. Weird.

Buy a laser pointer and shine it into the night sky where you want them to show up.
We know many people that do this in order to film them, we also know of UFO tour groups which charge 'alot' of money taking others UFO spotting, this technique is apparently also employed by them.
(the fact they're reaping large amounts of money doing this takes all their credibility away in our eyes)
