mine wobbled like mad when I first got them. The bearings on the caps were placed crookedly. You should double check and make sure they're even. The slightest deviation can make the yoyo go craaaaazy.
Also the x-convict places the caps closer to the center than most other yoyos i've seen if not all. that helps a lot with stability.

actually yours may not wobble but it depends on the yoyo i have a dark magic and only one side wobbles
