  • OK, what is good for losing weight and lowering your blood pressure?

  • @ritmotraveler, To lower your blood pressure drink 4 ounces of organic celery juice 2 - 4 times per day, mixed with 2 - 4 ounces of your favorite all natural, organic juice. To lose weight, stop eating genetically modified food (corn, soy, canola oil, vegetable oil, rapeseeed oil, cottonseed oil, aspartame, dairy products, Hawaiian papyas, zuchinni, yellow crookneck squash, beets, beet sugar).

  • @ritmotraveler In adition to drinking organic celery juice and avoiding Genetically Modified Foods, to lose weight try either the Paleolithic Diet or a raw vegan diet.

  • so is fish bad? I mean WIld fish that isn't farm raised. I'd like to know because I eat wild salmon at least once a week

  • Animal based foods (meat, dairy and eggs) cause cancer, heart problems, ED, and obesity which leads to diabetes. Plant based foods do not. Don't take my word for it, check 'The China Study' (2005).
