Throw out the flare on the golf flag area, as long as the flare comes out prior to you getting killed by the last fusion coil you will be fine.

I would prefer just your absolute best time, but if you feel that you have another vid that is a better time, you are more than welcome to submit it, I will take the better time

Good question, I will answer it by saying the key is to get to the teleporter underneath it, usually the gravity hammer is the most efficient. But yes you must pick up the gravity hammer.

The flare should either be at the bottom next to the sniper rifle or at the top, upon watching the videos I will pay attention to your unique circumstance, if it clearly was a problem on my part that the flare wasn't there I will be absolutly fair and judge accordingly.

That is a very good question, thank you for asking that, the speed for the spartan has to remain at game default, i.e. regular slayer settings as you said, I will know if someone is messing with it. so as the great people always say "Play Nice" :D

honestly I would prefer a few seconds before jumping on the moongoose so that way I have more prep on the clock , but whatever is easier is fine with me. The start time is the second the mongoose engine starts to the second the flare hits the ground.

If you fall into the death ball directly between the two wooden planks you should teleport. If not the death ball will kill you, you don't have to use the gravity hammer, but you must pick it up.

Isn't this going to take you a long time to 'mark'?

I mean, you'll have to check that every fusion coil, that is required to, is blown up on top of timing the whole thing. If you need any help with it, then my GT is MarkBath23 - feel free to drop me a message.

Also, a question. Do you need to do anything with the fusion coil under which you pick up the first Sniper Rifle? Do you need to blow it up too, or just the one on the hillside?

You have to go through the teleporter, as it leads to the next obstacle, the hole is left open in the accidental event that one might fall down from it into the death ball lol.

I have a question

I have reached the tin cup a few times and there was no flare. So I ended the game but between the time of me pressing end game and it going black screen the flare has spawned and i have thrown it.

Does this still count?

Hmm.. well the flare is either going to be in the tin cup or by the sniper rifle at the bottom, I am noticing it get's knocked off every so often. I will review the vid and be fair

Something is wrong with the spawns.. Whenever I start the game I end up in a different place than before. Is there a certain gametype you used?

Good question, actually the spawning is irrelevant , I start the clock the second a contestant starts the moongoos and spot it the second they hit the flare. Don't worry about the stuff in between I will be absolutly fair with everyone.

lol that's fine, the key is to use it if you have to but the objective is to go into the teleporter without dying in the death ball, good question.

I am afraid not, after the landing you must destroy the fusion coils with the missle pod.

If the flare isn't by the golf flag there is a good chance it fell next to the sniper rifle at the bottom, running by either of them should grab the flare.

Good question! No, it does not matter if you detach the turrent, but the wraith must be completely destroyed. When you finish just hit the flare to signal it. The last fusion coil is something that could hinder you if it hits you prior to your hitting the flare. But once you use the flare you've completed the course.
