  • Thank you for the recipe I had a hard time finding one

  • if u were to use fresh bean sprouts, would u have to soak them for a longer, or shorter amount of time as you would the canned bean sprouts?

  • If the fresh sprouts were already in the refrigerator, then u can just rinse them under cold water until they are clean and then use them. Soaking the canned ones in cold water just makes them crisper :)
