Two actors die several years apart during filming of movies in which their characters wear white makeup. That's it. Heath did a great job, and would've gone on to do many more, as I'm sure Brandon did. It's sad because Brandon just wanted to try so many other different genres but didn't get the chance.

As long as I know Bruce Lee didn't make Wing Chun famous. He didn't even completed the Wing Chun program. He only took some ideas from Wing Chun and other martial arts including Jiu-jitsu and Karate, and founded Jeet Kune Do.

I actually think that is really a good thing. It is cool how Brandon's influence lives on in other people's work. It was so sad to see him die at such a young age. Who knows what he would have went on to accomplish. I read that the Wachowski brothers wrote the role of Neo in The Matrix for Brandon years before when they started its development. Can you imagine how awesome that film would have been with Brandon as Neo? He was made for that role with his skills.

When Bruce died, I was at that time studying both Tae Kwon Do and Judo. His death hit me hard... took me a long time to get over it. When Brandon died, all I could do was weep. Such sincere men. So devoted to both acting and the martial arts. Truly epic losses, both. And Brandon was going to rule the world, just like his dad a generation before. Brandon was going to be the # 1 box office pull with his charisma, charm, good looks and downright badassness.

I completely agree with that. It really tears me up. Brandon is fully responsible for my passion for acting. I was three years ol when I saw The Crow and it only took watching it twice before I had it fully memorized. When my mom told me he was dead, I was deeply saddened and i cried. I'm 16 now and I just find it awfully suspicious how both he and his father died. I really miss Brandon.

He later stated that, if given the role at that time, he "would have messed it up". Nicholas Cage turned down the role because of Neo because of "family obligations".
