Am I the only one that thinks it takes more skills to find a place in which you are well-hidden, and are able to take a shot without blowing your cover, whilst calculating windage and most appropriate target, opposed to running up to someone and quickscoping them?

I love quick scoping. I've been in many tournaments and played a lod of mw2 quickscoping, but this looks more skill full and a lot more fun. Nice video!

Most people know about scope glare - U can't see your own scope glare, but u can see your own Tac Light in the dark.

@Johnnyo2408 The Tactical Light avoids accurate detection from other snipers. Meaning, that you have an equal chance to be spotted without it because of the scope glare, so by attaching a Tactical Light, the "glare" is bigger and other snipers won't know where your head is. It provides a bit of cover since snipers usually aim above the scope glare, but with a Tactical Light, the light is bigger so they would have to guess where your head is. Gives you time to spot the sniper, or run away.

BF3 and MW3 are both MMOFPSs so I don't see how you shouldn't compare them. Sure they encourage different styles of play online but that doesn't make them "completely different games".

I have both. I've played more MW3 than BF3, but I enjoy BF3 more than MW3. Even though something about MW3 keeps you playing, the experience leaves a bad taste in the mouth. BF3 has a lot more to do, an "epic" feel to it and is overall more fun. Therefore I think I can say that BF3 is better than MW3, IMO.

BF3 and mw3 are 2 different games but there FPS in the same Modern day time. There about the same. One is focused on more of a close fast paced fighting style where the other may be more thinking and spread out fighting. It really comes down to what kind of game you like more.

Why would youplay a game mode like Conquest and then snipe from as far away from the objective as possible. No wonder in 90% of the gameplay showed, your team was loosing!! Why not play death match so at least your not letting down the other 23+ players on your team. I have nothing against playing recon with a bolt action sniper rifle, however the point of the game is winning.

It is interested to note that even though he is doing a good job of killing people, his team is usually getting wrecked. Sniping is fun but the most useful thing they do a lot of the time is place a spawn beacon.

True, but I think we're all sick of the COD scrubs claiming how "Good" they are at "sniping" when all they're really doing is abusing a stupid aim-assist glitch. Christ, there isn't a single COD map in existence that's even half the size of a BF map.

And COD is largely about CQB and is likely to stay that way, so I really don't get why they don't just axe snipers from that series all together (apart from all the quickscoping crybabies who QQ'd over Black Ops)

@shawnwenn its called multiplayer for a reason. everyone has to pull there weight equally, i highly doubt sitting back getting a kill every 3 minutes or so is being an equal member of the team. i dont like this video, because it reminds me of those people i have to squad up with, while i do the work, take the objectives, dieing to try and stop them out capping us only to lose the game because those squad members decided it would be cool to sit 500m from the actual fight.
