There is no debunking to be done, there is only speculation of ends to dismiss or accept along the lines of belief or disbelief in Govt Conspiracy.

The videos not shown, (or linked to that I could find) of the "Fema Camps" were already covered in the Glenn Beck Popular Mechanics episode, where many of the 1998 clinton era vids were shown to be train yards etc, a pic of a N Korean camp, and i think the rest emergency facilities' purpose obvious. Not that we shouldn't remain wary of Govt misuse.
