Ole has toured with both Opeth and Kirk Franklin!! Who else can say that, certainly not Ihsahn (whose music I absolutely LOVE btw!)

Christer Espevoll played as one guitarist on Benea Reach's first album from memory...Lengsel were pretty good - i think they are both the guitarists playing on the "blueprint" album for extol.

Ok, I love every song extol has ever made, exept the songs in the Burial album, but that's because I havn't bought it yet. Extol is the single most genus metal band in the world, and to make them better, they are Christian.

Eh well personally I think Christianity has not been a positive force in the world and I know many people that could do without it. As for me, I think Christianity's ok. Extol are a great band, not excessively preachy about their religious views like a lot of radio CCM. I have heard a plethora of Christian bands, and as a whole, they usually aren't all that impressive.... especially today, when ALOT of christian bands are nothing more than screamcore.
I personally don't see a line of difference anywhere, if a Christian band is better, I say it, if a secular band is better, then I say it. Take this: two bands, one is the Showdown, one is Dragonforce. You know the latter is secular, and I'm a christian. These bands are similar, but Dragonforce blows the Showdown out of the water.

This video's AWESOME! Good quality melodic death metal, great musicianship, great concert for 40 min., GREAT BAND! I wish they would tour in America. I wish "The Blueprint Dives" had more psycho screaming, instead of light rock. This is the best music they've done. NOT Disappointed.
Extol is the best metalband ever. This show is grunting awesome! Peter Espevoll definately knows the meaning of grunting! They so totally rock, and they even worship during the show, grunting great :)

This video was amazing. I saw them live in 2003 at NordicFest in Oslo (Norway), and I've never seen a tighter band before. This video just confirmed it. I can't wait to seeing them again at this years NordicFest. And I wonder when they're gonna release a DVD and a live album. Anybody watching this should see the potential for that kind of release.
Why is it, that when a thrash band tries to preach a good Christian message, that the fans can't honor them by using better english? Let me help you guys out... how about... Extol is the best ... or holy Batman!? I'm not even a thrash lover, but I'll honor this band any day, for their efforts! I was exhausted watching it... lol!
That's because FlevoFestival is a very mixed audience and Extol played on the mainstage. A lot of people go to the mainstage for just one favorite act but have to be sure they have a good spot. So they stay even if they don't like or love the style of music. But there always is a moshpit with this kind of music :)

The best Extol album is The Blueprint Dives. The combination of alternative rock with their past style is beautiful.

I personally don't see a line of difference anywhere, if a Christian band is better, I say it, if a secular band is better, then I say it. Take this: two bands, one is the Showdown, one is Dragonforce. You know the latter is secular, and I'm a christian. These bands are similar, but Dragonforce blows the Showdown out of the water.

This video's AWESOME! Good quality melodic death metal, great musicianship, great concert for 40 min., GREAT BAND! I wish they would tour in America. I wish "The Blueprint Dives" had more psycho screaming, instead of light rock. This is the best music they've done. NOT Disappointed.

Extol is the best metalband ever. This show is grunting awesome! Peter Espevoll definately knows the meaning of grunting! They so totally rock, and they even worship during the show, grunting great :)

This video was amazing. I saw them live in 2003 at NordicFest in Oslo (Norway), and I've never seen a tighter band before. This video just confirmed it. I can't wait to seeing them again at this years NordicFest. And I wonder when they're gonna release a DVD and a live album. Anybody watching this should see the potential for that kind of release.

That's because FlevoFestival is a very mixed audience and Extol played on the mainstage. A lot of people go to the mainstage for just one favorite act but have to be sure they have a good spot. So they stay even if they don't like or love the style of music. But there always is a moshpit with this kind of music :)
