    PD: We are going to defeat Germany in the soccer world cup in Sudafrica for 2-1 sorry but thats the true my friend!! jajajajajajaj bye!!!!

  • @matiasmecha

    Yes, from Mui Far Kuen the practitioner can profit very much.

    I just read that Argentine team does penalty training.

    It would have been a good final match for the Cup;

    Quarter final is much too early, that these both teams

    have to eliminate each other...

  • hey! wha?

  • muy buen set amigo!!!! segui con el entrenamiento! Un abrazo!

  • Nice form. I learned the same set, little differences, but I enjoyed yours! train hard and often...

  • thank you very much for the coumpliment, i like to know if you can upload the same form but of your school, and tell me what linage do you practice, if you can to. thanks.

  • 梅花拳 MuiFaQuan in some lineages of 洪家 Hongjia (Hung Gar) is taught as a first routline for the simplicity of their movements.

    武家拳 Wujiaquan taught in this set sounds for each technique.

    I do not consider a basic scheme.

    I congratulate you on your technique, followed striving.
