  • fraud has no statute of limitations by the way

  • @anajinn Hi Anajinn, my email is ob1cnoby@yahoo.co.uk I am following this up by the way, but theres far too many out there covering each others income brackets / pensions and expense accounts, if it doesnt effect endangering them, they may condicend to help you = no help at all

  • Can you email me privately please. I have information to exchange with you.

  • Hi Rolliere- not sure if i did respond to you earlier, my appologies- but we can only keep trying, I for one will not give in to these bunch of liars, but I hope you have patience, as i have been trying for 12 years now, they just wont face the fact about corrupt Inspectors of tax, but i am looking forward to your page- you have my support, waht ever you do, dont expect any help from your MP though ( as I did) as you can see at the moment- they are just a load of honest misrepresented people )

  • the inland rev have got to go just one more reason the system doesent work we as the people need to bring them down this crap wont be taken lightly they are public servants not public gods they serve us we dont serve them its high time they know i am going to start a one man movement against the IR among others for anyone wanting to stand with me or give support check my page i will be launching a new one soon !!!!!!!!!!

  • Attack your accountant and sue him my friend. You are entirely correct in alot of what you say, but you alone will not beat the revenue and although I respect and admire your youtube endeavors, the logical consequence will bad for you and you alone.

Blog your accountants shortcomings and invite them to sue you or settle the matter amicable

    Good luck

  • Hi Bertha, I did try to sue the accountant, but you have a 7 year limitation for complaints, 6 years had passed before I gave up on the IR being honest, as they took 7-8 months in answering each letter, even then wrongly. I then spent over £2000, just on an 'opinion' from a Barraster to see if the case was viable against the accountant and it was, by this time I had little to no time left, and was estimated it would cost around £25,000 to win my case.

  • Hi Moly- the accountant got sacked for this, as he was supposed to rectify this, but didnt, you do pay taxes on house sales. but the renovation costs of around £8 to 10,000 were never allowed for by the Inland Revenue, its useless complaining, as their such a corrupt bunch, they cover each others Rses, I dont think I am the first blackmailed in this way, must be thousands, may thanks for commenting- its a boring video, but feel it had to be made, maybe one day they will even look at it too.

  • It does sound as though you weren't dealt with very well, but surely you would have questionned your accoutant about the expensis he didn't log? Also, you would expect to pay tax on the profit you made from the sale of the house.
