  • Dont listen to the haters, your bike is awesome

  • You surpose to wait for that red key light and your yellow fuel pump light to go out before you start it. The dealer should've told you that. I'll have a twin cam soon but I'll never trade my Sporty for one.

  • @Curt8153 I did, if you listen you can hear the fuel pump stop, thats when the light on the speedo goes out.

  • cool bike, i want one

  • I'm a new rider and had the privilege of riding one of these last August at a Harley Demo event, I wish I could afford one. Riding my Yamaha Seca II for now

  • nice bike i got one too only thing thats the stock exahust cause it should sound 10 times louder i know i got vance and hines big radius

  • Awesome bike man, I'm trying to get my hands on one, i was looking at the Nightsters but after seeing the wide glide i was hooked. If i am lucky enough i wanna go with a powder coat black look with crome pipes and wheels and what not, im hoping it will look sick! the flames really are awesome! Let me know if you have any suggestions

  • beautiful ride its got that old school chooper look that i like alot. im riding right now an iron883 and it rocks . i like those old school vintage bodies like triumph bonville and the old school harley sporsters . but this glide is my dream bike right now i fucken love the flamejob too.

  • I love Dynas

  • I like that bike so much I bought mine in March and I have 10,000 miles already.

  • how much is the wide glide??

  • @TheShumara alot.....

  • @TheShumara

Base price is between $14 and $15k, but in my opinion well worth the money. This bike rides smooth and very strong

  • get rhinehart pipes

  • Buying this same one soon!

  • which is better this or a 2010 fatboy

  • @thefrenchman555 I think that is totally on preference. The fat boy is a little bulkier, I guess your size would make a difference....

  • sounds pretty good? that sounds great!

  • Neither...I test rode one just like urs, very nice bike, but would not wanna get caught in a "Right" curve going a bit to fast or to tight, they r not very forgiving...Just saying... sorry to let u down in that I am not retarded nor do I ride a Honda...I have an 09 Custom Sportster myself...ur Bike, ride it...u let my comment bother u that much? Peace out...

  • U have got to b kidding me... that was a very foolish move...Scrape the (right) peg or exhaust yet? U will if u go in a turn to fast and need to countersteer...I know u did not ask for my opinion, but u got it anyway, cannot blieve anyone would do that...

  • @Thund3rbolt45ACP LOL....not sure what you are talking about....Did you mean trading up from the sporty?....Not sure but you could be retarded.....or a honda rider

  • Great choice man, that's uber cool!

  • Thanks for all the great comments...gonna try to get a vid up of us riding...

  • Dude you are living my fantasy : ) i want that Bike : / you lucky MF

  • Saaaaaaaaaweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!

  • it is a #10 piece ! but that's where i get piss about it is :look at them chip shitty foot pads !! i mean come on !!!!! u spend that kind of money n that's wt u get? m i rite?

  • @MrMotorhead5000 Have to agree...few thousand more and I coulda got the street glide.....But u know HD, they gotta make a fortune on the parts and clothes

  • have to brag just bought one lovin it need pipes and air cleaner though

  • god i want that bike

  • Awesome Dude... Best of luck !

  • I just got a 2010 Wide Glide And i love it! I put Vance and Hines Big Shot Staggerd pipes on it, and its a beautiful Harley sond and look. Later man enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

  • wait, you can remotely start this bike?? or did he just keep his hand out of the frame while he started her up? part of the whole riding experience is to turn the key.

  • Ok, there is a key fob (keyless) but you still start the with the normal switch on the bars...you just couldn't see my hand.

  • @Hallow33nFreak I'm 6'1 265 you think i'd sit comfortable on this bike?

  • Great bike

    Ride safe!

  • Best 2010 hog. There's one in the front window of Harley Heaven Adelaide Australia and I go past and salivate on it once a week. You are one lucky guy.

  • Love the bike dude happy riding

  • My favourite HD in the 2010 range. Congratulations. Best paint. Wish I could afford one.

  • Hallow33nFreak

Aparently they do! Look at the Fury and the Wide Glide side by side. Okay.. Which one is the chopper?

  • Just traded my 09 Sportster for the FXDWG too. Absolutely LOVE it. Looking to change the pipes. Love the sound of the Big R, but those mess with the lines on the bike. I like the way these look. Can't appreciate the sound too well, but gonna look into it. Congrats and thanks!

  • beautiful bike, thinking about one for my self, thanks for posting, good luck with it.

  • Yeah, the Japanese really know their choppers.....

  • Have a 2008 Fat Boy and was going to get another one for my Brother to ride. Saw the that same special edition Wide Glide, now I have the Fat Boy and the Wide Glide. Got to get your exact Rush pipes--What do I order? I still ride the Fat Boy- but I sure like the view better :-)

  • Can't find the model number but they are the only slip-on's made for a 2010 wide glide right now from Rush. No one else makes them for this bike yet. Was really hoping for V&H...love them, might change if they ever come out.

  • Fuckin sweet bro, looks mintox

  • congrats

i just tested this bike today and im 100% sold on the handling

    great bike !

  • Deemic

I will admit this.. I bought four motorcycles this summer alone, none of which were Harleys. I test drove a couple and got some honest opinions from Harley owners. Once you get pass the "Marketing theme" and the all American thing, you will see Harley ain't all that. If you don't mind wrenching all the time and getting towed once in a while, "Then Harley is the bike for you"! If you want a bike that's dependable, reliable and has great styling, "Then Honda is the way to go"!

  • @xxpatman77 WHERE DA VIDEOS YOU ASSWIPE!

  • So you don't like Harley, yet you had to buy 4 different "non-harley's" in one summer ......hhhmmmm.....I'll stick with my Dyna

  • I have a Dyna also. Sweet bike bro!

  • what size baffles are in the rush and did you have to do any remap or fuel pack?

  • Not sure of the size but they were monsters. As for remapping, the dealer mech told me the O2 sensor will handle me removing the baffles. No loss of power or troubles that I've noticed.

  • The rake on that bike is just right for a slight lowering, for me anyways.

I always hated the stock softail wide glide, but this is something I can work with as far as the look I'm going for.

  • My first changes would be pipes like always.

I would put an18" matched spoked wheel on the front, with a roadglide type front fender, rubber boots on the forks.

stretch & raise the tank a bit, lower the rear & put FL covers on the rear shocks, black out what I think necessary, remove reflectors & clean up the turn signals some all on a denim black bike.

That is what my preferances would be.

    Bolt

  • That is the bike I want! So little to do to this bike eh?

I have a few things I would do & it would be the last bike I ever buy.

Thanks for the great video bro.

    Bolt

  • Thanks, and your right, very little to change. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone, I friggin love it

  • . My Dyna Wide Glide Evo 1340 1997 says Hallo:)

  • KICK ASS bike!

  • Well I hope to see you out there! Thanks!

  • Gonna try to get a vid up of us on the road but it is getting pretty cold here. Time to break out the leathers!!!

  • WoW

  • Awsome!

  • Beautiful bike my friend! I myself bought the 2010 Honda Fury. A real man will admit, it's not what you ride, it's that your out riding and happy with what's underneath you. Did you notice a huge difference between the Sportster and The Wide Glide? Just wondering, I was looking at the 2010 Harley's the other day. I will add that the Wide Glide with the flames was my favorite.

  • HUGE difference. Biggest was that the Wide is a six speed. Just an incredibly smoother ride over all.

  • A real man would admit he shoulda bought a real bike..... a Harley....lol....

  • I freakin love the bike, man! I'm hoping to get one myself soon.

  • BAD ASS. Awesome dude! Good luck wit it!

  • Is that stock exhaust?

    It sounds GOOD!

  • Yes and no, stock manifold with Rush slip on's. But the Rush look identical to the Stock mufflers.

  • If you don't mind me asking, what was the out the door price on that bike for you?

  • Damnit!!! I got rid of my 2003 wide glide and I've been looking at the 2010 mods... Can't make up my mind if I want to get the new wide glide or the softail crossbones.....

  • Never ridden the crossbones but they are sick lookin. The old school look is awesome but I love the wide glide.

  • Nice bike! Are those rush slip on exhausts?

  • Yeah, I couldn't find anyone that makes a slip on for this bike because I am definitely a Vance & Hines fan. Still waiting on theirs to come out.
