I don't get why chicks who are 120 pounds soaking wet need to slim down with a fitness plan. Chicks need to get over it. If you are under 160 pounds you aren't fat.
I get your point, when we think of fat we think of like, fullblown fat. But it really depends on your height and natural body frame. Someone who is 5'1 and who is 135 pounds for example, is definitely overweight. Nawmean?
