Coolio's my favorite West Coast artist, yes, ahead of Snoop, Dre, Pac, Too Short, E, Bone Thugs, etc....he is every bit as talented as the artists I just named and he rides a beat just as well if not a little better...no one's lyrics make me laugh as much as Coolio's...especially his bars in 'Ghetto Cartoon'.
