You can just french braid your hair, and then later you don't need the curling iron. It's way easier for me to do it like that.

You can also do a full french braid on both sides. I gives the same effect. My grandma used to french braid my hair at night and i'd have wavy crimped hair the next day! You should totally try doing the french braid thing.

You should have left the bottom straight. It looked better and its healthier. Less heat on the hair.

i do a french braid all thru my hair and let it set over night.. take shower put mousse in it do the french braid (dont forget to part ur hair the way u want and pin bangs to the sides).. take it out in the morning or when it dried and it has a better affect... or after that ill redo the braid put mousse on the braid let it dry again and the waves are really dramatic...

@sherylsuperstar Do you use a styling mist? If you notice I spray my hair before I curl it... with a heat protectant that also acts as a styling mist to help my hair hold curl & last all day as well as protect it from the heat damage. If you havent, try using one.. I think you'd be pleasantly surprised! :)

@jtho155 Thanks, This is actually my hair, I dont have extensions sometimes if I want added length.. but in this tutorial its just me :) I am sure to get the healthy nutrition and vitamins in my diet. It helps tremendously with my hair health & nails.
