Well, this i a pleasant surprise. I normally hate it when gamers try to be cute and add annotations like that, but this is pretty cool. I used to do the same thing when I played these games, and Starfox. The comm chatter is well done and if you didn't have to keep track of a giga-bazillion other things, having the dialogue scroll along the screen would have been a cool in-game idea. You pwn this game, my respects.
@bluelink9 Salamander is the special forces sent by Bacterion Life Force is the monster you are in but i'm talking about Life Force(J) Life Force(U) takes place inside a soldier with a virus but you notice that Life Force(U) and Salamander are exactly the same.Life Force(J) has extra voice clips and a different song for stage 2 the rest is just a pallete change.
Note that Salamander does not have a Power up meter so power ups come from enemies Nes version is very different from thses.
Life Force looks like the insides of my body, when Vic Viper enters my body, it tickles!

I always thought the villain in Life Force was called Zelos.
jpopkamaria 1 year ago
@jpopkamaria - Zelos is the Final Boss of both this game and Salamander. Life Force is the huge living organism you're in throughout the game.

It's sentinel xr1
shalpp 6 months ago
@shalpp - Only in Life Force US. I see zero mention of Sentinel XR-1 in Life Force JP.

Yeah that's what I meant. You're inside Sentinel in US Life Force
