They both got caught, Nixon for obstruction of justice and Clinton for perjury (which was the real crime). That means that instead of 1 american dollar being worth 1 mexican peso the dollar might drop to 5 american dollars being worth 1 peso. This means we'd have to print money forever. And if e printed more money the price of things would skyrocket because of the lower value of the dollar, meaning that if you went to the store to buy a candybar it would cost 5 dollars
