Oppenheimer was one of the greatest and learned scientists of his time. He was deeply spiritual and well rounded.
He did his job; just like Edison cannot be blamed Franklin cannot be blamed for creating electricity (which is also used to kill people on the electric chair), Oppenheimer is not to blame.
The decesion to drop the bomb was taken by a democratically elected predsident. So if someone is at fault it is ALL of us.

I personally was more interested in the clip from the POV that a major public figure in American life back then was so well versed in the Baghavad-Gita, something you would -never- see today.
