@CrazyxxKILLER they say that you should consume one gram of protein per pound of your bodyweight. so in your case you'd be taking in 125g of protein a day spread out in about 6-7 meals a day, meaning you'd be eating a real meal or a protein shake once about every 2 hours. you could step it up to about 30g per meal though. MISCONCEPTION is that the more protein you eat the more muscle you put on. FALSE, your body can only use a certain amount at a time, and it DOES NOT STORE PROTEIN.

The doctor stated that he would with a fat percentage of under 10 weigh at least 97kg, which is around 213lbs. Are you sure you have the proper genes for professional bodybuilding?

Of course anyone would envy your build, but a bodybuilder? I have a 19-year old friend who has a lot of excessive fat yet his muscle mass is tremendous. He stands 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 120kg which equals around 260-265lbs. He is clean also, if he wasn't I wouldn't be posting this. The doctor stated that he would with a fat percentage of under 10 weigh at least 97kg, which is around 213lbs. Are you sure you have the proper genes for professional bodybuilding?

@Daski69 its not all about being naturally gifted, aronld and rich gaspari were the average skinny tenns and look how well they did, u dont have to be 5 foot 11 260 lbs all he has to do is work hard enough

hey man. great information :)thnx.:).. i dont know what system u are using when it comes to bodybuilding, i have been usin the MAX-OT system for while now, i dont know if ure familiar with it?. however i really recommend it. search for ast sports science on google and register for the program, its free :) hope it will help and keep up the good work :)

Where did you get your diet print out? Do you make your own or do you have someone help you with the planning?
Also, what would you recommend for daily caloric intake for 150lb guy in the off season?
I should also mention that your video are top notch, keep up the great work!

great job man these vids are hella inspiring but how do you know if your diet is working for you? like i eat alot of peanut butter, turkey, some wheat bread, and protein bars, after 8 months of special K bs starvation diet...lol i just feel lost as frick

@Nick, How do you cook your chicken? do you buy the chicken breast or ground extra lean chicken? Ive been using the foreman grill, but other ways would be nice. Thanks and keep it up, looking great.

Great info on the water. I'm 30 years old and been lifting for 15 years. While bigger and stronger then you I never could get that thin skin ( the cut) like you. Good information on water stores and who ever said you can't learn from the younger guys. I have watched more of your vids since this one and Am no longer on my high horse about what is some teen going to teach me? All you vids are good information and I have learned somthing new on each one
