  • @scondore There is a difference in having a huge ego and a weak ego. A weak ego is one that constantly needs to be fed with "self worth", such as glancing in the mirror after each set of curls and primping for contests to prove to yourself and others that you are someone to be admired. Making money from youtube is fine, I have no problem with that.

  • @ExtremeLonely360 Yes, I weigh 450 (more or less) and I am jealous of those who shave all the hair off their bodies and coat themselves in fake tan goop, which in regular light makes BBers look like A-Bomb victims. My legs are rock hard under my fat cause I am forced to squat my own bodyweigh everyday. BBers like to "primp" for the camera. I constantly check any nearby mirror, just to make sure I am looking good.

  • Nick were you taller before you started working out, I ask because its been said that heavy lifting while young may cause a stunded overall height...Also, pumping up period may cause the body to tighten as it grows outward more and less upward.   • @CrazyxxKILLER they say that you should consume one gram of protein per pound of your bodyweight. so in your case you'd be taking in 125g of protein a day spread out in about 6-7 meals a day, meaning you'd be eating a real meal or a protein shake once about every 2 hours. you could step it up to about 30g per meal though. MISCONCEPTION is that the more protein you eat the more muscle you put on. FALSE, your body can only use a certain amount at a time, and it DOES NOT STORE PROTEIN.

  • Of course anyone would envy your build, but a bodybuilder? I have a 19-year old friend who has a lot of excessive fat yet his muscle mass is tremendous. He stands 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 120kg which equals around 260-265lbs. He is clean also, if he wasn't I wouldn't be posting this. The doctor stated that he would with a fat percentage of under 10 weigh at least 97kg, which is around 213lbs. Are you sure you have the proper genes for professional bodybuilding?

Good information on water stores and who ever said you can't learn from the younger guys.
