She's a great cook, my favourite from FN. But the ingredients she uses are geared to the wealthy and are cost prohibitive to others. That block of Grana Padano Parmesano-Reggiano alone is $200+. I've noticed that with other of her recipes as well. Definitely not for those just married and starting out in life. Still it's great to watch her. She has a lot of class.
@lakepurdy1 I think it's just because she herself is relatively wealthy, that she uses these ingredients. Viewers are meant to use whatever they can afford, so if she uses ten dollar heavy cream, well then I'll just buy the one I can afford.
