8:36 I love Nikola in this episode! "You know, we all hurt *slite pause* The ones we love" The look on his face puts melts your heart. Then you see helens stubborn "Are you for real?!?" face.
I honestly think one of the best scenes I have ever seen on television, in my mere couple of years of existence, is the exchange that occurs between Watson and Druitt from around the 5:00 mark to the 6:00 mark. Particularly the monologue from 5:15-5:30.
Maybe there is an EM shielding around the keys? I pondered this myself as well but I feel Helen's dad must have had some plan to stop John from being able to get all the keys
This has my favorite scenes from "Revelations, pt. 2". That is, Helen with Tesla (when Tesla has to get his key, I feel so bad, but like the parts with him and Helen) and when Henry figures out how to escape (I was worried at first, but now that I know he's ok, I can enjoy the scene and believe me, I enjoy it! ;)).
Tesla's still hilarious, but after being a totally obsessed nerd and researching the real guy, watching his scenes start making me sad b/c the reason he acts the way he does is probably due to his tragic childhood...among other things :_(
Ironic, that line, "We all hurt the ones we love", even though it was meant to be funny, actually has a scary bit of historical credence...
Very true, but what i meant was, was it really necessary to have "the Five" all there? If Tesla didn't show up, couldn't they have done it without him?
of course then we wouldn't have the "your father really didn't like me did he" line, and we had to have that.
Remember Druitt can't teleport into places with high charges of electrical energy like when he couldn't teleport into the Sanctuary in the first episode.
no...lol...it's a quote from 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'...this old guy keeps saying it throughout the whole movie and each time he tells of a different instance when he got struck by lightning. It was so random XD

I love Nikola's lines and the looks on his face at 4:02. "You're an acquired taste." "Uh huh." Funny. I kept rewatching that.

I wonder if that electric field Tesla had to fight his way through was alternating or direct current?
yamsid 1 year ago 2
@yamsid probably would have been alternating if it's geothermal.... :/

...oh, and one really just can't go past Druitt at 7:39. I must admit, I had a rather jovial chuckle over that famous turn of phrase.

Johns character (the Jack the Ripper problem) sort of reminds me of Sylar --how he couldn't control what his ability was forcing him to do.

Couldn't druitt just teleport to the invisible girls key , grab it, and teleport back in about 2 seconds?

Am I hte only one that thinks Druitt and Watson were this close to making out when they were talking about the seventh murder?
Antichrist616 3 years ago
Couldn't Druitt have just teleported past Tesla's geomagnetic current test?
ncisheadslapper 3 years ago
He doesn't like tesla, he's already tried to kill him once.

I thought he just couldn't teleport into an electromagnetic field. Shouldn't he be able to teleport past them?
ncisheadslapper 3 years ago
Helens father probably set up the fields to prevent him from doing the rest of the tests.

@DuchessAliana
Do you watch Angel? It could be in season four, there is a girl who controls electricity like Tesla, and she says a quote similar.
Oh and in Benjamin Button, this quote is said :D << Maybe you meant this one XD
