  • Dear sun gazer, when Nasa scientists get interested, think of Einstein, and Tesla. Their humane intentions got perverted into war utensils and means to control. Use and apply knowledge discretely

  • howabout children? or when is it recommended to start at a young age? and also canyou sun gaze then start sunbathing afte it?

  • If you eat omega oils every day your body does not burn. I use Mr. Undo's oil. Do not cooked oils..

  • I have been practicing it for almost five years- 5 to 10 minutes a day alongwith my regular Pranayams. I can emphatically say that through Pranayams, one gain energy (Urja) from the Air Element (Vayu Tatva) and by Sun gazing energy is gained by Agni Tatva (Fire element). We gain energy from all the five elements. I am a "young" man of 68 maintaining excellent health.

  • I'll start practicing, but i have some questions though, i don't know if someone can answer them here. how save is it for childrens to sun gaze? why in places like africa or even india where people starve to death, don't sun gaze?

  • the brain runs on 12 volts of energy.

  • To do list for tomorrow:

    - Sungaze

To do list for next year:

    -Stop eating

That was great, but the audience at the end rude.

  • I live in apartment which is hardwood or granite floor? I don't have dirt to stand. Can I do sun gazing from my apartment?

  • @amitp2 bring some sand in your appartment and stand on it;put it in smth and just stand on it

  • I have no doubt some sun exposure is good. And unconditionally support people exploring their own path. But there's value in criticism. HRM and people who sungazed often seemed adverse to it. I don't like claims against HRM, or people who were damaged sungazing, get completely dismissed. The point of criticism is merely to point to an alternative view.

  • I'd like to believe this unfortunately some of HRM claims are false. In the documentary "Eat the Sun" they find HRM eating at an indian buffet.

  • @jckchrstphr

I agree that HRM is not a perfect being nor a spiritual master. Sungazing is a lost art and practice and he is leading the way back to the knowledge. It us up to everyone who is interested to check out this information and prove it or disprove it through the practice.

He gives one reliable protocols in order to start receiving benefit from the practice and that is quite an advantage since no one else is doing it.

If you want to know the truth about sungazing you have to sungaze!

  • @jckchrstphr

He personally admitted he ate a few times in a couple of years time because of the taste. I don't know what the hell is wrong with people for whining about this, because I still find this pretty impressive. If I'd live in a sunny climate, I'd try this stuff for sure.

  • Even us Celts worshiped the sun. Look at Stonehenge.

  • Sounds great - what to start sungazing today - also i just love walking in the sand of the beach - look forward to moving to spain there will be a lot of possibility to do just that :-)

  • I think I know now why my neighbors have jars of water displayed around plants outside their yard, to energize the water. I'm going to try this. I completely stopped wearing sunglasses a while back because I learned how important it is for your eyes to receive sunlight.

  • 41:58 - 43:03 < AWESOME...LOL!!!

  • Is there any way to get this video with subtitles in English or Spanish, I would like to translate the lecture.....

  • There are 2 idiots that disliked this video... true idots!

  • Sun gaze when you feel mentally slow, depressed, or in need of spiritual reunion. You can sun gaze a few hours, any time really depending on the strength of your eyes. Its like any exercise. Work hard, often, you can do unlimited feats. What is different about the solar receptors in the eye for photonic energy? It is connected to the brain. Also, there ARE things to learn from sun gazing, such as YOGA to distribute energy and MEDITATION to focus mental reconstructions and visualizations.

  • If the UV level is under 2 before/after the 1 hour gap, is it still okay to sungaze? eg: 2 hours before sunset when sometimes the UV level is 1.

  • Then U must have totally misunderstood my comment sorry for that Love c

  • My near sighted vision has improved considerably after 14 minutes. A friend of mine who is at apox 17 minutes claim to have no improvement!

I think we have too consider that we are all different and that progress will be different for everyone.

  • TOTALLY TOTALLY IMPORTENT STUFF this speach-No words big enough-THANKS A LOT LOVE IT ALL C

  • Ignorant ignorant people who claim that everything have to be proved?Scientificly???F...science-they obviosly dont no ANYTHING about anything. Can only say WAKE UP everybody-WAKE UP with LOVE C

  • @naphatsiri8 your comment made no sense whatsoever -_-

  • Thank you for posting this video!

  • bs

  • Wow. I'm shocked that this is actually a known "science". If fact, after I had been 'sun gazing' for nearly three months, I wondered why I would go DAYS without eating. THANK YOU FOR THIS! Q: I missed a few days and listened to the SOUND of the sun, as a way to make up for my missed gazing sessions. After just 20 seconds, I became extremely flush, my entire body started sweating profusely, joints started to almost exude heat. Scared me. Does anyone know why this happened? THANK YOU! LOVE TO ALL

  • @Searching4truth2010

Could you give some details about the sound you hear coming from the sun.

I have never heard of a sound imminating from a planetary object but I understand that some people hear things that I don't!

  • @Searching4truth2010 I hope that you can answer this question. In one of his speeches on the benefits of sungazing he said that dreams would cease. I wanted to know if you found this to be true?I was rather dismayed at not dreaming and hoped that instead might enjoy more lucid dreams or spiritual ones. Peace.

  • LETS SAY UR SUN GAZING FOR 10min CAN U DO 5min in the morning and 5min at sunset?????????

  • The only way to make a judgment on the practice is to do it!

First determine if it is safe for you then proceed. Don't fall for all the speculation and fear. The only way that you will find out the truth about any practice is by doing it.

HRM is not getting rich by this teaching.... he is giving out the information for free.

So far I am up to 7 minutes and I can't wait for the the next mornings sunrise or sunset.

  • What about Photophobia ? Do it heal it ? Photophobia is a symptom of excessive sensitivity to light and the aversion to sunlight or well-lit places. In ordinary medical terms photophobia is not a morbid fear or phobia, but an experience of discomfort or pain to the eyes due to light exposure.

  • i was sitting in my garage one night. and the sun was setting.

i would stare then close my eyes and hold the image, and then i would open my eyes and let the sun flash, and hold that image.

over a few times i could see two suns. one from each eye. and the pressure in my brain felt like it shifted dramatically. i felt so balanced.

  • The human body runs off a one specific energy - Carbohydrates. Does any part of sunlight have Carbohydrates? Can any of you point out the organ, responsible for converting sunlight into Carbohydrates?

Use some brains people, has this guy made the largest discovery of the past 5000 years? Or is he simply a lying shyster?

Shame on all of you for neglecting your education so badly that he could make fools of you.

  • WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY THE MASTER APPEARS =]

  • Can star gazing be done in summer? or only in winter?

  • How come that other animals on earth dont do this? (we are not sure).. but animals still have to eat! and get there energy from ATP. Plants get there energy from the sun its called photosynthesis. Animals eat plants that are not cooked..so they get there energy from the plants?

How about the aminoacids? if he hasn't eated for 411 days... where did he got his buildingblocks for his body?

Thank you verry much for updating this video!

  • we need to eat, we are 3 parts physical, one part spiritual, Semjase from

pleiadees is 2 part spiritual, 2 part physical, this guy is reincarnated from a higher planet, see myspace/xirdal

  • @lilgogeta Because we are not animals?

Think about it for a moment.

  • I am surprised that he is saying that standing on the grass is harmful.

  • yeah i dont understand that.. so if im walking without my shoes on grass.. that will have a negative effect?

  • @lilgogeta

What he is saying is that grass is commonly sprayed with harmful chemicals. Also, most grasses are genetically modified and when we are surviving on sunlight we are more sensitive to these issues.

  • grass doesnt have the current of the sun like bare earth, sand, or even stone does, its cooling and u loose the warmth from the practice and your loose benefits, grass is great to stand on, hope that clears it up, ive been doing this for 34 minutes already.

  • @lilgogeta it seems you didnt watch the video fully or u just don listen carefully

  • @Deradune i know this comment is 1year old, but,it isn't harmful, just, grass needs energy to grow, and it takes it from sun. If you stay on the grass,it will take that needed energy from you...

  • to all those inteding to begin sungazing - i am currently on 13 minutes and recommend this process to everybody .. the main key is belief ... what you believe will effect what you experience. so enter the practice with a clear mind and then state to yourself, what you will achieve from this practice .. IT WORKS -: )

  • Sun loves you , Sun is the boss !ii

  • Imagine, no more hunger in Africa, india, and all over the world with this technique.

  • @jayajora Unless he is just a shyster.... then what?

  • This might sound silly, but do you gaze in the general direction of the sun, or do you gaze directly at the sun? Thanks.

  • im a sungazing and it is as he says, amazing. you look directly into the sun as you would be starring at the tv

  • directly at... i do it as much as i can... i do around 30 min or so... what ever i can do... it's amazing

  • It's great that he has helped us to rediscover the gifts & benefits of sun gazing! Thanks to him, others & technology today we can learn from our own experience & also what other sungazers have found out. Early days for me yet re: the practice but already I can see certain parameters, belief patterns, time frames, etc., are not the same for all. But he lays out here & @ his website a nice basic structuring for anyone who is just starting out. From there our wisdom can lead us.

  • I'm starting tomorrow. my journey in life keeps unfolding, taking me to the next path to enlightenment...

  • Hi all

I am from Serbia and today am on 23 minutes of safe SunGazing by HRM method. From 11th of jun 2009. don´t have desire for food, just I am on sunlight, suncharge water, and little cop of tea on a day. Come all of you and start sungaze you will have to many benefits, less desire for a solid food or if you want you can desire don´t to eat anything... SunGazing will improve your eyes, health and give you a longer life.

  • I have compassion for you my friend, and hope that someday you come to realize that what you put out, eventually comes back right at you.

    Peace :)

  • If there is ever any strain on the vision when gazing... end that session. Either the sun is too high or you have reached your max for that session. There should never be any strain on the eyes. Slow and easy progress is the key.

Any residual imaging noticed in the eyes after a session (and a few moments of eyes closed mediation) is evidence of some strain on the eyes. Normally, this disappears within a few days.

  • @citizen1953 Hold up, where does your name come from? Just your own birth year or? Strangest thing. I just saw that number in a show... tv show. And i just stood up from bed because i couldnt sleep and i clicked this in my favs and then i noticed your name again which i didnt remember counsciously. joy =)

  • @citizen1953 i tend to get the after imaging quite a bit, but it is getting better. A fantastic supplementary exercise that can go after or before sungazing. If you lay on a slant board or just off the side of a bed so your head is lower to the ground than your body. That will force bloodblow to the eyes and increase oxygen and protection from any UV Rays that may occur.Do it for 5 minutes at a time and as often as you wish.

  • So I have been trying this and have a question.

The spot in your vision you get after sungazing, is that normal? Will it eventually go away after more practice?

  • @ 0missKnowItAll0: Lefebure, who worked with light studies might interest you regarding your question. Google the term: Phosphenism. He believed literal, natural sungzing so advanced, lol!,that it should only be done only after working with artificial light! However his data is interesting, nonetheless, and its very clear how it can applied to sungazing as well. Especially for anyone who is interested in tracking down information about additional applications for working with natural sunlight.

  • Are you people all taking the piss or what ? Has anyone here actually tried Sun-Gazing and has 1st hand experience of its efficacy or lack there of ? Otherwise, your full of sh*t cause you really don't know !!! Stop listening to other people, grow up and think for yourselves... Experiment-Experience and grow/KNOW..

  • @James92802 do u really think anyone would listen to him? think about how western everything is. starting underground may be the only way if people all over do it then it will be believable. imagine him makin a proposition to 3rd world countries..theyd think he was mocking them.

  • @zaveyboy All he has to do is prove his claims -- it's that simple - Scientifically proving a predictable outcome (and he is claiming if you follow his teachings the outcome is predictable) is very simple ---

IN FACT can't you come up with a test that would determine if his results are predictable?

  • @James92802 yeah. trying it out for yourself. which is what i have been doing for the past week. im a huge skeptic and i try before i say anything. and i can honestly say with all the research ive done just this one week of sungazing it has noticeable and pleasant effects. whether placebo or not- it really works. for you id say just try it for 2 weeks. If nothing happens then you know it's a scam, but do it with an open mind. but im like u i need proof and its best when i can get it myself. try.

  • just to clear up a coupla things..yes you will have all of your thoughts catered for,so be careful what you think..do not focus on what you dont want,do not focus on what is buggin you,do not focus on what you are tired of..just focus on the end result nothing but the end result

  • and we all go to heavean every single one of us no matter what you have done in your life...but thoes who let light into there lives now, will experience heaven on earth, as earth is suposed to be experienced..if you wanna walk lighter on the earth...then lighten up..

  • Fail.

This has already been addressed. So to repeat-

"Bwahaha! You seriously still using the Randi "Challenge" to fall back on? You talk about frauds, Randi is one of them. He doesn't pay a million dollars, he pays in bonds and he doesn't pay all at one time, so even if you pass the challenge, you basically can't spend you're reward."

  • "But you can't win even if you really have an ability because in the rules it says Randi alone is the one who determines whether you passed, instead of the logical choice of a panel of neutral unbiased peers. With a million "dollars" and his reputation at stake, he would never admit defeat. Randi is biased and judges things based on his presupositions and pride, not on the laws of logic or scientific procedure."

  • "For instance, when Rico Kolodzey applied to the Challenge claiming he could survive without food indefinitely, Randi immediately dismiised his application without even taking Rico up on the challenge, in Randi's reply he wrote "Please don't treat us like children. We only respond to responsible claims.... If this is actually your claim, you're a liar and a fraud. We are not interested in pursuing this further, nor will we exchange correspondence with you on the matter." "

  • "So even though Mr. Kolodzey, Mr. Manek and others might actually have the abilities they claim, Randi dismisses them without any scientific proof, testing, or procedure at all, just his biased presupposition, and bias does not = logic. Apparently, the only person not man enough to take the James Randi Challenge is James Randi.

    w w w .alternativescience. c o m/randi%27s-letter.htm

    w w w .alternativescience. c o m/james-randi. h t m "

  • "Randi is a fraud as I have already demonstrated, and he admits that himself as well, so that's not a credible source. The Hindustan Times is full of shit, they also did a report on the "giant human skeleton" found in Saudi Arabia, which turned out to be a fake photo made by a college student by username Ironkite"

  • "Ironkite made it for some creative photo contest. So Hindustan Times isn't a credible source, they report garbage. That leaves NASA, who has yet to return my emails, not surprisingly, they're probably to busy. But still, they also have a reputation off record for being involved in coverups & conspiracies, which may or may not be true, but it doesn't establish them as a credible source."

Randi blows just as much smoke as those he persecutes.

  • Wonderful, you seem to be one of the very few individuals who can see through randi's frauds.

    Good work in exposing him

  • @MisterBoswell Can you show me that rule?

  • @MisterBoswell Again you refer to the rules but you (I think now deliberately) misrepresent the facts. "2.1 Protocols must be 'mutually agreed upon,'".

  • @MisterBoswell YOu are right he dos not pay all at once. as the rules state:

3.3 If I pass the formal test and win the Challenge, how will I be paid?

The first $10,000 of the prize money will be paid by check, as stated in the Challenge rules, immediately upon successful demonstration of the claim. Arrangements will be made with Goldman Sachs to liquidate the remaining $990,000 and present it to the winner within ten days of passing the formal test.

  • Respond to this video... Also you are aging right about the bonds, but as again stated in the rules:

"JREF states that the funds are held in immediately negotiable bonds"

So do you not understand what that means? Your claim that "you basically can't spend you're reward" is at best error.

  • this is wonderful..

    i started today..

    10 seconds

  • @samiegfunk1 It's 2 years latter do you still eat food?

  • HRM, god bless him. Eyes getting stronger, brain and spirit stronger. Heart more clean. God bless HRM.
