  • the storm is bruning me

come with me, on my heart

the ones that turned me to be, that i now despice

    i'm burning eternely

come with fire, on my eyes

so want to be the stealer away

and your back (in) my lies

    somekind of lyrics

  • it's drone and drone is under metal. lern2drone

  • now this is some epic stuff

  • Life is hardly worth anything, to have something taken like he did, I don't blame him. His music will always speak to me in the void of human life.

  • i love the angelic process

  • I just found this from spirits-of-metal

  • I'm hearing this type of music first time in my life... And it is totally amazing!

  • JUST BEAUTIFUL

  • Darkness, sadness, feeling, .... this band is more than music concept.

  • Why isn't this in the Metal Archives?

  • @CeliaInSurreland

Because it's not metal. It's great music, but not metal.

  • @CeliaInSurreland

It's been black listed in Metal Archives, but, they do have a metalstorm database.

  • @NightLcDragon

then you have awful taste and should go back to listening to your terrible mainstream **** that you also don't appreciate but at least you can talk to your peers about it and seem interesting.

  • @NightLcDragon How so?

  • @NightLcDragon How does it sound like it lacks musicality? It has very clear melodies and harmonies, etc. I can absolutely see why it may be unpleasant to listen to (though I love) but unmusical? Really?

  • One class of theories supposes that awareness is fundamentally trans-temporal, acquiring information beyond the "specious present" of information that is typically available for immediate awareness. While we are only ever consciously aware of some limited temporal range of information, these theories assert that, unconsciously, a much wider temporal range of information is sampled and used for the benefit of the organism.

  • this is inspiring

    love it (:

  • i'm so happy now!

  • 7:23 My favorite moment in music

  • I fucking love the picture :D

  • from 4.40 is one of the greatest riffs. it touches soul

  • Does anyone know the lyrics for this amazing song?

  • @InsanitySpreads Nope. None with the CD, and I doubt you can find them anywhere else either.

They're purposely enigmatic, and I'm not even sure he has true 'lyrics' per se.

  • @InsanitySpreads i was lucky enough to speak to kris about his music before he died and we spoke about the lyrics... he basically told me there werent any in the strictest sense, just little segments of the original poetry he wrote the song from, and if he wrote it down it wouldn't make huge amount of sense...

  • @Doogypoog Interesting. Thanks for sharing you lucky bastard!

  • @Doogypoog It's nice to know t here's no lyrics in a way (no defined ones anyway) since that is just what I wanted from this song. A sense of a an unknown force and feelings that you can't explain coming from ideas you can't materialise. Reminds me of what I see in the Berserk manga where the forces and evil is just so intense and unexplainable but you love to keep thinking about how far the rabbit hole goes.

  • @InsanitySpreads Straight up... they are all improvised I have done a lot of research about TAP. He never wrote them down or repeated them.

  • @provito you're saying it as if Nadja isn't =(

  • god this is so good. the vision i get when when i hear the beginning of the song is indescribable. So eerie. I need more music like the angelic process. anyone know of any?

  • @zaccaz153 I would recommend you listen to Skin Turns To Glass by Nadja and From Idle Cylinders by Light Of Shipwreck. Both are excellent psychedlic/droney/ambient orgasms.

  • @skwalaman: Good lord, that is so tragic. The world really is **** sometimes. Well, rest in peace Kris and thanks for the music...

  • Her voice sounds like sweet poison. The samples are so perfect and detailed..

  • if the guy REALLY was determined to make music, he would have found a way to do it, no matter the handicap (and that IS possible!). killing yourself is the easy way out, and and an extra kick in the stomach to his wife that did everything to help him. by killing himself he kind of said "fuck you and your help" to her. so i cannot mourn him...

  • @nachtraaf73 I agree to an extent, it is the easy way out.

    Still a sad loss.

  • @nachtraaf73 I get your point, but you can't say that. None of us know how he really was and why he killed himself. Surely it wasn't just the inability to make music that drove him off the tracks.

  • @Einherj1 i got an email from MDragynfly, she told me.

  • @Einherj1 There's a myspace blog that Monica used to have up but that you can track down on the internet that explains-- the reason he committed suicide is pretty much because he couldn't play anymore, but she said that his world was basically her, her two daughters and music, and he had been incredibly depressed (and sometimes suicidal) for years prior.

Such a shame that he passed away, regardless of the circumstance.

  • wow, this so beautiful... we need more musicians like kris in this world. i'm definitely inspired

  • Oh god this song is killer RIP Kris. Anglyus

  • Yes, this song is wonderful. RIP K. Anglyus.

  • @TheSymmachus

    Anglyus

Spells a bit similar to Angle amiright?

  • thank you....

  • nice clear guitar sounds that reminds me

    the Chameleons and the Sound.

  • This song is so beautiful, just like WSWS.

  • Yeah, brilliant song, brilliant band. Kris Angylus' passing is truely sad. RIP.

  • What happened to him?

  • Kris commited suicide. He suffered a hand injury which rendered him unable to play music.. sadly it took away his will to live, as playing music was everything to him.

  • @skwalaman Deep story. :3

  • @skwalaman This is honestly most confusing. One can easily play music with one hand, especially if it's such a passion. Not that there is anything particularly wrong with suicide, but this is simply an illogical reason.

  • @Humanophage What would a logical reason to kill yourself be?

  • @VicariousReality7 Oh, a variety of reasons. I can think of two sets right now: 1) You do see any way to derive pleasure from living. For instance, you are in constant unfixable physical pain. 2) Your death benefits someone or something you love very much. For instance, your life endangers your children.

Having a maimed hand certainly does not preclude one from playing music. It seems like it isn't 'everything', but rather a mere distraction from suicide due to depression.

  • Ah, I was wondering when someone was going to post this one. Amazing song and amazing band.

    RIP K
