its an AKM that is offical a sicker much easier better weapon to make and AK-47 its like old dudes. move on people =) its good an all but but hey improvments are better right? or AK-103 the AK-47
dudes and for all if you think its the AK-47 thats so amazing its not thats like calling M-16 armalite 15 or AR-15.... that weapon lagged in a lot of military traits so uprgaded and improved M-16 and it still got its lets say ass kicked in Nam but due to cleaning kits which were not issued to the american soldiers you know those highly ranked educated smart military men... that used snot rags to clean their weapons.. hahah i love making fun of this guy so called experienced military guy =)

Eric6554, how would you know that an AK-47's accuracy is good for "battlefield conditions"? Were you military? If not, then most likely you fired a civilian semi-automatic version, which is in fact built with better-made parts, much like how the M16 is built. AK's aren't inaccurate because of the round, it's because of Russian "craftsmanship" and the fact that most soldiers of countries who use the AK-47 today don't know a cleaning rag from a snot rag.
i want you to hit a 300 yard target with an ak 47. I have nothing against the gun, i think the saiga 308 has a 3 moa at 100 yards. now with the ak its going to to be a much bigger spread.

i can't agree with you about the ak47 being accurate
it is an assault rifle and for its role, it does not need to be accurate
also, i heard that the russian military is going back to 7.62x39R because it fits its "fighting style" better
