Fios re uses all the catv wires that where in place already. So if they look like shit, it was Comacast who did it. Then again it is your house and you already knew that. By the way, if all your utilities are underground, the wires are in conduit from the street. Go look in your basement or outside by electric meter and you will see them. Pull out the Comcast, replaced with FiOS.

I just saw a Comcast commercial on TV talking about ho FIOS only has customer support until 9, FIOS has 24/7 technical support. Their advertising practices are already poor business ethics in my opinion, but to make outright untrue statements is stepping beyond the line. I'm cancelling my Comcast internet and television for this reason alone.

@ElegyForTheMasses Ok, so their billing dept isn't 24/7, but I don't have to handle billing issues at 10 at night anyways. If my internet goes down at midnight at least I can get support that night. And regardless of how long Comcast's billing support is open, every time I've called them about the billions of billing issues I've had with them, they have only further screwed me over and made them worse.

Both Verizon FiOS, and Comcast Xfinity are bad. Directv, Dish network, and Bell Express Vu are the way to go. Comcast and Verizon hate to mention this, but their HD is inferior to all Dish companies, which is true. We had Directv, but sadly, we had to get rid of it because our trees block the way for the HD dish. We still have the dish on the roof, but no receiver. We now have shitty Comcast, and its not worth any money at all, Fuck you Comcast!!

This ad isn't even promoting Comcast, it's just attacking Fios. That's the thing with this new ad campaign. At least in Verizon's commercials about Fios vs. Comcast, they showed what Fios could do that Comcast couldn't. In these Comcast ads, they're just saying "look how stupid and annoying this Fios guy is, don't trust him." All it does is make Comcast look childish.

Completely eclipses Comcast's joke of a service. Overcharging existing customers, lying through their teeth, monopolizing areas for cable service so they can abuse consumers.

Then when a faster, more reliable, an less restrictive technology tramples on their exploitive profit margins - they make these ads? No surprise coming from a degenerate company like Comcast.
