Washington Mutual SUCKS! They are rude, have no customer service. My daughter lost her debit card in Egypt. They didn't offer any help. We have a joint account, I had to fight to put a hold on the account, they wouldn't rush a card to her, two of the pin numbers didn't work, while I was on the phone to their customer service at the branch, the manager told me to go sit at another desk because there was nothing they could do to help me. THEY SUCK.

Men you're so stupid, I mean, she lost that card in Egypt!!!!, not Montana, or Alaska, or Canada, Egypt! you think it is that easy to deliver a debit card over there???? Like if they had a Washington Mutual over there in Cairo. You're so dumb, you have to be patient, that could have happened with any other bank.

Actually Freddy, you are stupid. I am in California. I went to the bank here. The first card was sent to the branch for me to pick up. But the service center put the wrong address on it. So it went back to the service center. Then the second card came to my home. I took it to the bank for the pin. It didn't work. It was repinned, it didn't work. Then, it was repinned and it worked.....but only for a day, because they decided to take her travel alert off. They were rude and didn't care!
