  • Let me tell you my story. I had 2.5 month to workout because of the huge strike at my university. So, i didn't use any specific method i was just working out 2 times a day 6 times a week. Also i didn't workout very hard, it was taking me 2 hours, but i was taking a lot of breaks. So finally after this 2.5 month i can see HUGE HUGE HUGE improvements. So my point is: I DON'T BELIEVE IN ANY WORKOUT STRATAGY, JUST GO TO GYM AND WORKOUT, ALSO BE CONSISTANT. PERIOD.

    i workout for long period pushing hard as i can on every rep

    but the next day

    my muscles are not aching so it feels like i have done nothing so i go to the gym again and still nothing

  • Mix up your workout routines. Let's say you do BenchPress one day, then the next time you work out chest, do something like incline dumbell press instead. Also, you don't want to platou, which means getting your muscles used to your workouts, AND NOT SEEING ANY RESULTS!!! Hope i helped.

  • if you do weights every day you build a sort of "tolerance" to lactic acid

  • What routine you do ?

    You need to use more weight and do correct form with it dont do alot of weight til you cant do correct form always do correct form or every rep

  • muscle that all work the same. its kinda hard to describe as in...

    chest, tricep,shoulders and quad.

    den like next day bicep, back etc muscle that all pull the same direction if you knoe what i mean
