  • @fausto412 Yes, the cover does have a part where the elastic band separated from the cover. It allows for the padded side flap to be threaded through that location, and so I believe it to be an intentional part of the design.

  • @ptree2008 does your all weather cover have a hole in it? like the elastic band isn't sewn on all the way around?
