  • Also, if organic food is the answer. But you have to watch out. Some try to pass their crops off as organic to get the better price. Plus the big Argo corps. have been lobbying congress to lower the standard of what can be called "Organic". So they can label their shit food organic and make more money.

  • Out of all the technology made for growing crops for the people, have ALL been to the benefit of the business side. Despite all the poisons and toxins big Argo uses , in matter of fact, Congress have gave them their blessing to put that crap in our food. God forbid if corporations dont make maximum profits off the sheeple. Almost none , or very little technology has been made to grow better & more healthy crops & veggie's and make them more nutritious ! That is the state of the USA food business

  • @pplebuddy81 - If you do not solely eat whole foods, you eat via additives GMO in processed food or convenience food in your favourite restaurant.

    sackstark info

  • I don't think organic farmers don't use ANY pesticides or fertilizers, they use organic types in place of of synthetic or toxic materials. I use organic fertilizer in my vegetable garden.

  • Stevia is banned in other countries but I'm sure you quacks recommend that despite the long term research.

  • Who gives a fuck about about natural. The natural argument is completely fallacious

  • The shirt she is wearing is probably not organic cotton/material.

  • @FASSY524

Who cares! She's smart, healthy, attractive and I even dig the slight country accent and the way she speaks/moves her mouth.

  • The USDA doesn't mention the word "genetic" or "GMO" in their 1990 Organic Foods Act. So technically, a product could be GMO and organic , though in most cases it is not.

  • Also, the MORE organic food we buy, the cheaper it will get in the long run as the phenomenon will spread and increased competition will eventually make everything more affordable. Besides, with good food you'll have great health, lots of energy and a well-working brain, so you'll be able to afford a few extra bucks on awesome nutrition! I switched recently and it's the best thing ever.

  • YAY clean healthy food!

  • we have studies that are showing the problems with Genetically Modified Foods.

  • Or you can grow it yourself :)

  • thou conventional breeding you also modified the genetic code this happens when everything reproduces

  • I'll also would also like to know are you a plant scientist or agronomist

  • Are you a licensed Nutritionist?

  • "Our goverment back conventional farming methods" smh.. This Gov't is full of shit.. A Damn shame

  • thank you so much for this

  • Get a education u fucken hippie. You clearly dont know what the hell your talking about.

  • @Uuuurk Don't mess with Natalie. U and me, parking lot...midnight. Remember to bring your brain.

  • @DMZ67Y2Y2 Natalie dosent know what she is talking about and she clearly got her "education" from internet and proboably has a very low brain capacity.

  • @Uuuurk 'U' shouldn't pretend to know where people received their education. For example, let's examine how many ways 'Uuuurk can spell ...prubabable, propable, or proboably. Your choice. If you don't like or trust Natalie, then don't tune in.

  • @DMZ67Y2Y2 English is not my langauge(like the retarded yank u r u assume that every1 on the net is american, most r not), nad i misspel all the time on internet. I actually get a education where i learn about the things shes talking about.

  • 1) All of our modern crops have been genetically modified through centuries of breeding.

    2) Girls are reaching puberty faster because they are fatter these days. When a girl's body fat reaches a certain level, she goes through puberty. This is why olympic gymnasts start puberty later; they're drinking the same milk as everbody else.

Pretty much everything this girl has said is incorrect. This sounds like an ad for the 2 billion dollar a year organic food industry.

  • @demoskunk GMO foods came out in the early 90's. Fail. If anything, your comment sounds like a comment from someone paid by Monsanto. Basics dude, altered genes = not natural. Not natural = disruption of homeostasis. Prolonged disruption of homeostasis = dis-ease. The natural laws of life do not lie, and they do not accept bribes. They ARE the truth.

  • @emerson24 oh, I know, I'm just sooo unhealthy and diseased from eating GMO foods, what shall I do? Maybe if I ate all "organic", my expected lifespan would go back down to 50 like it was when people lived in a state of "homestasis" with nature. Lol.

  • @demoskunk Just because people lived a shorter life a century ago doesn't prove that organic foods is not beneficial, nor does it mean that fertilizers aren't harmful. I can show plenty of people who smoke and look fine.

However, we know that it causes cancer. Things are cumulative. As for the past, there are many other variable to consider with respect to life expectancy. But it's not worth my time explaining because you don't care to seek knowledge, you just care about spouting off...

  • @demoskunk your opinion as it were fact. I have conversations with people who later on I learn were correct, and only because I look up what they are telling me, or reference what they are saying. You on the other hand do not. You will always remain not far from where you are today because you are full of yourself and possess an arrogant ignorance. I can see it in your tone. There is nothing beneficial to come from discussing anything with you. Good luck mate, you will need it.

  • @demoskunk IJFSN "Organic food: nutritious food or food for thought? A review of the evidence." Study review, organic vs conventional diet in animals. Weight gain greater in organically fed rats, mortality lower at 9 weeks, incidence of degenerative diseases was lower. Lower mortality in organically fed rabbits. 2nd and 3rd generation rabbits from organically fed parents had higher birth rates and more viable embryos. Infectious illnesses less frequent in 2nd generation organically fed animals.

  • Read the USDA guidelines for 'Organic' food production.

There are 19 synthetic pesticides that are approved for use on 'Organic' produce (most are the same as the ones used on regular produce)

Meat ... unless you look it in the eye before it is butchered, you really don't know.

    Les

  • up until you made these videos, I never saw any reason to buy organic foods, thank you!!

  • I'm a pretty healthy eater but I didn't know about the "all natural" thing. Good to know.

  • I love organic foods and support them 100%. I try and eat as much organic products as possible, but it's very expensive when you add it all up! And also every now and then I will eat out at a fast food place which kinda defeats the purpose of eating organic?

  • Organic food is for retards with too much money.

  • @andresblazeit420 You're just a dick. Shut the fuck up...Wanker

  • @atlantamoon Too real for you?

  • @andresblazeit420 Real? I grow my own food cause it's cheaper and I come from a family who has farmed forever dude. I'm no yuppie. You buy your food off a shelf, you ever killed your own meat? I have and that is real.

  • @andresblazeit420 USDA website"on average organic foods contain slightly higher levels of trace minerals, vitamin c and antioxidant phytonutrients than conventionally grown crops." "Organic meat products have been shown to reduce risk for potential prion-related diseases including mad cow disease and to arsenic residues in chicken meat, and organic livestock practices do not contribute to the growing phenomenon of drug resistant pathogens." nal.usda.gov/afsic/pubs/faq/BuyOrganicFoodsB.shtml

  • NO food is natural!

All food crops have been modified from their ancestral origins. They have been GENETICALLY MODIFIED through artificial selection.

    Read a biology textbook.

  • Here's how you can tell if your store is actually carrying organic food: Go look at the cuts of meat and organic produce; then compare it to the non-organic food. The organic food will look, feel, smell, and taste better.

But I just prefer the cheap crap from the can. It's yummy, tangy, salty, GMO-fortified goodness--and for half the price. YAY!

  • organic produce reflects the real cost of food. the GMO industry is highly subsidized, which in turn helps fund the chemical companies to produce herbicides and pesticides , because farmers need them when they grow GMO food. GMO foods have been found to be inferior in nutrient content, cause massive allergic reactions, and have virtually wiped out small family farmers from growing their own seed, due to Monsanto's greed for control of the food industry.

  • inorder to buy organic food you need to have lots of money

  • @ASAFYY No....I believe it has to do with prioritizing...I do just fine shopping at Whole Foods and I'm a college student working 40 hours a week. I find it funny how people cry about it being too expensive, but they drive Lexus's, have 20 inch rims, a closet FULL of shoes from Foot Locker, brand new clothes from the mall, and go out and spend 50 dollar + every weekend....

  • @timmyxdl - Not only is Whole Foods expensive, but you are buying the same food as you could buy at any grocery store. The only difference is the pictures on the wall of barnyards and farmers in coveralls. Do you really think that cucumber arrived at the store in the back of an old pickup?

here's an enlighting vid about 'organic' food.

    v=JQ31Ljd9T_Y

  • @CouldNotCareLes That's why I never buy anything FROZEN. However, the fresh produce is completely different. Yeah you could buy it at the other grocery stores, but those are commercial produce. They are filled with synthetic pesticides and all sorts of wacked out stuff. I shop at both grocery stores, but I only get commercial produce if it's not on the dirty dozen list...Not to mention that the nutrient value of an organic produce is far superior to a commercial produce.

  • @CouldNotCareLes I do agree that organic chips, organic sugar, organic cookies, organic cereal, organic spagetti sauce is pointless. But getting fresh organic meat and organic produce is completely different...Especially the meat...

  • Great job presenting a ton of information simply and effectively.

  • I didn't know that bit of info about the Government doesn't subsidize organic farms, that makes alot of sense now and explains why it costs more than conventional foods! I guess it goes to show that the Government has never cared about it's people and only about making money! That's why people are so unhealthy and always getting sick and the Government's making money in the long run from health care. I read a book called, "Beginners Guide to Natural Living", explains how it's all connected!

  • Customized vitamins are slowly gathering attention. Vitamins should not be bought at stores for various reasons. You can get them from me, but if not, at least do your research.

  • Excellent info. Unfortunately often ignored on favour of price.

  • Awesome vids!

How about calling 'organic' farming or products... 'traditional' farming and 'traditional' products (it IS traditional... since the beginning of time!).

'Traditional' might sound less hippie or left-wing and then have a wider acceptance with the general populace.

I really liked the way you made the point that maybe there's a reason(!) that Europe has made restrictions on GMOs.

  • Natalie GMO is not natural, agriculture is not natural, the cropse that we use in agriculture are not natural. saying that something is natural or not dosent mean anything.

Since organic farms dont use for exampe pesticides they are LESS productive then conventional farms.

People are taller now then they were 100years ago since we live healthier lifes and have better medication.

  • Comment removed

  • @007bcom no its not because of growth hormones. i have heard it several times that its because we live healthier lifes. for example last week i hard a report on the news that north koreans that moved to south korea were much shorter then south korean due to malnutrition.

we clearly live healthier lifes then 100years ago. most people back then didnt reach the age were most people get cancer today, they didn have as good medicine, malnutrition was a problem and they worn out theire bodys.

  • Comment removed

  • @007bcom were did i say that i dont eat organic food or think its bad?

i just pointed out she was wrong on several points. but as the brainwashed idiot u r u think everyone who correct someone that only talks about the posetive sides of organic food is "anti organic".

  • Comment removed

  • @CollegeLoheart @CollegeLoheart i dun know, if you know what all the ingridents are then perhapse. if you buy organic food because pesticides may perhapse be bad for you or for other good reasons its understandable. but dont buy into the chemicals are bad, natural stuff is always good for you, laboratories are spooky arguments or overal claims made by for example this women who dose not fully understand what she is talking about.

  • @Uuuuurk

So if I were to eat only organic, and natrual foods while reading the ingridents to stay away from such as MSG, HFCS, Gluten, etc I will be fine ? I'm doing more resreach on offical sites.

  • @CollegeLoheart well organic dosent nececary need to be better the non organic. the pesticides they use (in your country) seems to be worse since its comes from nature and its really not man made aswell as in theory the plants produce more of its own poisons organic crooping.

  • @CollegeLoheart theres really no such thing as natural food that comes from agriculture, nothing in agriculture is really natural, not even the plants. agriculture is highly man-manipulated. and if it was, hell theres more stuff in nature that will kill you than man will ever make.

  • @CollegeLoheart The thing about todays food is that there are so many diffrent substanses in it which make it really hard for scientists to reachers how they effect one and other. beyond common sence whats healthy it can be a bit tricky..

  • @Uuuuurk

What do you eat then ?

  • @CollegeLoheart i eat regular food, sometimes organic but mostly non organic. try to vary my diet so i dont to much of the same, but its something i cant say for sure that its better for you.

if you organic farming is the best well buy organic food. i belive much more in integrated pest management.

  • @Uuuuurk I understand. I'll just hit the farmer's market then. How's that ?

  • @CollegeLoheart do whatever you belive in/feel like. but dont take everything ppl like psychetruth say as a fact.

  • @Uuuuurk

Of course not. I do my resreach online, and ask professional nutritionist. I just started getting into to this lol.

  • You are a nutrition Angel.

  • oh god. now im skeptical about canadian foods that are sold...

  • If you want to spend nine bucks on a pure organic loaf of bread, be my guest. Fact of the matter is to be labelled as organic it only has to have 51% organic. I guess the solution to the problem would be to legislate organic farming, let Walmart takeover, turn the soil into parking lots and import everything..'cause that is what will happen. 100 years ago, everything was organic, life expectancy, 45. Today nothing is organic and we are livin to 85Hope you starve to death waiting for organic food

  • thank god i live in Finland and dont have to worry about this crap!

  • @applebuddy81 u dun have organic food in finland? we have it in sweden...

  • Comment removed

  • i want to move to europe after waching this vid lol

  • usda..lol,,it's part of there plan

  • dam she blinks alot

  • look up the video "Norman Borlaug on Penn and Teller" to hear why GE crops are a GOOD thing. Norman Borlaug is an amazing person trying to solve world starvation problems using GE crops.

  • WhyTF doesn't the government subsidize organic farms?????

  • The whole reason those non-organic farming methods were developed was because they DO make the yeilds greater and the process cheaper. Thus how could organic method not be more expensive.

  • support your group's points of view, but what you said didn't make sense. "organic farms produce more per acre, it's only more expensive because non-organic farms are subsidized". If organic farming produced higher yields and not more expensive as you say, then all farmers would use those methods for their crops.

  • @fluxx21 The government owns the US farms now. In order to get the subsidies, the US farmers must sign over their land forever to the gov't.

  • i guess that will be luckiest person on the earth who marry you!!!!

  • sounds like pseudo science to me

  • i never want to eat anything not organic again

  • but how do you trust is it really a organic ?

  • i make and buy my own food and look for the USDA and other other organic labels

  • WOnderful wonderful videos! I am a huge advocate of organic food and only eat organic. I can't tell you how much better I feel. I have sent your video to all those that have been teasing me about my choice to switch. Let them eat sludgy veggies and motified food. Not this girl! :0)

  • Very informative, helpful video!! Thank you.

  • Where did you get your info? GM corn was genetically modified so it could withstand the herbacide "roundup". This was done by Monsanto, the company that owns roundup. They could give a fuck about making vegetables more nutritious.

  • Comment removed

  • uhm sorry thats not true they gm corn so its cheaper, looks better and sells more

  • Affordable organic foods can be found at Trader Joes markets

  • will surely support organic food.. Infact I always buy organic food !

  • [: GO VEG.

    Buy local & buy organic!

I encourage everyone to start growing a plant or two of their own food. Compost the soil with your vegetable scraps by tilling them into the soil for a month or so before you grow a plant and you will have beautiful, healthy, delicious produce!

  • Thank you for the info. :)

  • My theory is pay a little more for food that you know whats in it..OR pay a Doctor a whole lot more later in life who will only put a bandaid on the problem, because there will be NO cure as long as big pharmacy is around paying useless government PIGS to not fund research for cure's.And DO NOT be misled by the word natural>Sodium Cyanide is natural.READ labels. If you cannot read or say the ingredients..DO NOT buy it.

  • aminals

  • obviously because organic foods are superior to the conventional counterpart.

  • You say that like being bias to organic foods is a bad thing.

  • I know when you buy meat from the local butcher a red dye is applied so organic or not its got shit on it because before anything is reached to the customer it pases through many hands.just google any of this bit of info. its Bloody Disgusting

so what ever the fda is saying to approve shit in our food people

  • I'm not done looking at most of your videos, but if you haven't done so could you talk more indepth about the living conditions of animals for organic meat and other animal food products versus conventional? It's really appalling what is considered "grade A" meat, let alone anything lower! I'm turning into a vegan because I hate these practices (all meat and eggs are out of the diet, just need to work on the dairy) and they can feel the pain of being killed. Mmmm... dead animal carcass!

  • vegan diets aren't really that good for you.

sorry, i've just never seen a healthy looking long time vegan. mabye its just that i don't want to look like that.

  • Actually Vegan people tend to eat lots of processed food and hence it not good but if they eat all natural, it owuld be wonderful.

  • I went to this restaurant called "Ted Montanas grill". It served Bison meat and home grown foods. I could tell the difference and asked them about it. They get their meat from a special farm. (Harris farms? I think). They feed the animal pure food and kill it on the spot and ship it immediatly.

  • nice bison is awesome! i've only had burgers but i assume the steaks are good

  • ssssssss

  • people look up "codex alimentarius" if you dont really like gmo food

  • smile more :-)

  • You have alot of great info. I just subscribe to your channel. Keep up the good work.

  • Actually there are studies that have shown that when GMO's were introduced in Europe, allergies to those foods peaked!

  • Thanks Natalie! I didn't realize that the USDA didn't subsidize organic foods. Thats huge! I've been buying organic for 2-3 years as much within my budget but of course staples (milk, eggs, grain, no peel fruit, no peal veggies etc). Meat is ridiculus where I live though. I hope meat stabilizes a bit so we can but that too! Thanks for the info!

  • I buy all organic food now. I don't mind paying more money because I know the food is healthy. It took me many years to get over the price issue but it is an investment. My health is so much better because my body is getting the nutrients it needs. The price I pay for organic foods pays big dividends for me and the companies and farms that provide the food can stay in business and grow.

  • Just bought a Great pocket book called "Dont throw it ,grow it!" . Shows after buying and eating plants ,how to grow them indoors and outdoors. Buy one garlic bulb and grow 10. same with organic potatoes and so many other things we think we must 'BUY' to live. PioneerLiving's channel has some great posts on the subject of not buying

  • Thanks for the educational videos. No more "All Natural" meals for me.

  • GMO's are not necessarily bad. It is a case to case thing, but most are actually not bad for ur health. On the other hand, most GMO corn has been made to yield seed that can not be planted for the next years harvest, this way farmers must buy seeds from the company every year, kind of copyright on plants. GMO's typically offer a higher yield per acre tho.

  • How to I know that the food at the store is really organic? Just because the label says "organic", How will the consumer ever really know if that product is organic? The FDA is some of the shittiest mother fuckers in the world!!!!!!!

  • Yea the FDA sucks. Organic standards are maintained the the USDA though.

  • @psychetruth

    watch organic raw vids by

    LIFE REGENERATOR

  • @LifeRegenRevolution yes ! i love himmm

  • fuck the fda! Im with you bro.. So how do we know?

  • many people dont buy organic food, are because they are not able to afford it, even though they want to have organic food. what can you do about that, nothing! ask those people to work harder? make more money ?

  • If you can't afford organic food, eating conventionally grown whole foods is 1000 times better than the typical American diet and far cheaper than buying pre-prepared foods and eating out.

  • Or you could eat organic foods and just buy and eat less food. Concentrate on efficiency of consumption and usage. You get more nutritional value from these foods anyway so your body does not require as much food as most people are used to consuming. Also wash your veggies and fruits with a water and vinegar solution or alternatively water and bentonite clay. That will extend the shelf life of dramatically and result in less waste.

Or you could just whine and cry about it and go on as usual.

  • Australia used to have a ban on GM canola, but this has changed recently.

  • I really like this series...I will go check out your website if you have one!

  • With increasing inflation setting in, it may lead to even more gmo.

I think gmo may be better for if we were ever going to do biofuels on a huge scale. Make huge corn which are completely filled with oil

That's the problem with the ever-increasing size of the government. They try to subsidize things because lobbyists.

  • Government doesn't subsidize organic farming. But they sure as heck have no problem subsidizing corn farmers. From whence comes high fructose corn syrup. Where do most of these farmers reside? IOWA. Where is the 1st Presidential contest held? IOWA. So what are the chances of electing someone who doesn't cowtow to that special interest? Well, like him or not John McCain didn't do it in Iowa and he came in 4th there. Don't agree with him on everything, but guess who I'm voting for in Nov?

  • does 100% natural mean the same as all natural? i get confused about the difference.

  • 100 percent natural doesn't mean anything. It's not a regulated term.

  • non organic foods and such disgust me 100,000x more then 2girl1cup and the government is just a F-ing corporate bitch when it comes to regulations. they don't serve the people they serve their corporate economy.

  • cheaper is relative.

you save a dollar today, but it costs you 10,000 dollars in the future for medical bills

  • good on ya kid-nice info

  • Good video its very important information. An important person of note that led to the labeling of "GM" food in Europe is a man named Arpad Pusztai. His story is an important one for everyone to know. We need more heros like Pusztai in the US to ensure our food is safe to eat.

  • How does the consumer know if food labeled organic, really is?

  • In order for food to have word organic on the label, it has to meet the USDA specifications for organic food. That is what this video goes over, what the USDA specifications are. It would be illegal for a company to put the word organic on a food label unless it met this standard. By the way, "all natural" means nothing and the term isn't regulated. Only food labeled as organic is actually organic.

  • is it you Nataile who responds?-hey didn't Bush loosen the laws or the organic label thus making the quality less?

  • Probably. Everything Bush does is something to hurt the American people!

  • Great video! A couple things that you could have touched on were trans fat(hydronated oils). These foods were modified to have a similar molecular structure to saturated fat to give them a more solid texture. There are studies showing that they increase your bad cholesterol and decrease your good cholesterol.

Cows were being feed the brain and spinal tissue of other cows causing the spread of Brain Destroying Prions. Prions are rare proteins that are created from the act of cannibalism.

  • thats sooo gay ..........why think of wat can kill u in 20 years when theres so much that can kill u today .......organic /greassy cheese burgers/co2 emitions ......these things are well talked about but wont make a big differnce for a couple of years .....which is more than enough time for u to get into a fatal crash, get hooked on drugs, wife or husband to leave u , get pregnant or what ever the case may be ......

  • I like you and your video Natalie. I just wish Organic food wasn't so damn expensive. I shop at Wild Oats, but If I were to shop at the supermakret, I could probably purchase twice as much food...such is life?

  • Like the saying goes, "Pay now or pay later"

    :)

  • good call. lolol

  • you'll save money in missed work and medical bills

  • I know it`s not fashionable to say this, but every time I see someone like you I can just think: God bless you !

  • I have friends who insist on consuming only organic produce, and they have developed some delusional, paranoid, and schizotypal thoughts about not only their food, but also the world as well.

  • wheat crops 20-30 years ago were 1.5 ton the acre and now there 4-5 ton acre, the land is in the best condition it ever has been.

Also potatoes are one of the healthiest vegetable there is, low in fat high in fibre and high in vitimans, how much healthier do you want?

  • productivity of organic is not an issue.

#1-In India they grow multiple crops with alternating rows. They lose 10% or less to insect pests without pestcides. their pop is increasing

#2 In China they use human waste as fertilizer and use ducks/geese as insect pesticide. their pop. is increasing

#3 - After WW2 the US govt mandated use of NPK fertilizer which strips the soil of essential minerals. we have infertility problems.

Potatoes are not my choice of health food

  • are you prepared to reley on india for your food?

wheres the labour going to come from to plant alternating rows of crops, england moans enough about foreingers coming here as it is. And the unemployed of england and i suspect america are not willing to do it.

npk adds nutrients to the land. Nitrate however may take the minerals but i havent heard of that being used for years.

  • Thank you for this educational video. I heard recently that a person that is a Vegan and drives a Hummer has less of a harmful footprint on our planet than a meateater that drives a Prius. I eat 90% certified organic, including a little meat. It makes me feel good to know I am not only helping preserve and enhance my own health and my family's but also contribute to the health of our planet. I also plan to one day soon be off fossil fuel.

  • Eating organic produce may make you feel good, as driving an SUV may make the drivers feel more esteemed, but it doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.

  • Dont get me wrong i would love to not have to handle pestacides because i do all of my own spraying. I would also like not having to spend mony on them , but most years I can hardly make enough money to put food on my own table. If i went organic my family would starve to death.

  • yes, most defiantly, the less spraying needed the better, i seem to spend most of my time at the moment up and down potato rows trying to keep on top of the blight.

  • Where did you come up with your delusoinal conclusion that a organic farm can produce more per acre than a conventional farm. Also when you go to the Farm Service Agency to sign up for your crop or livestock subsidies they do not care if you are organic or not,so organic farms are subsidised the same as non organic.

  • Google, "Can organic farms feed the world?" and read the Berkeley study on it.

  • no veg farms are subsidised in england. pyschetruth, you have been grosley misinformed that organic farming is more productive. you can read as much as you want from the internet, but why would a conventional farm exist if organic is getting more yield. i dont spend thousands of pounds on chemicals just to give me something to do!

  • It's not the method of producing food that's affecting your health, but it's the eating habits and lifestyles that are doing the job. What would you prefer? Organic french fries or genetically modified spinach salads?

  • Aurumvore, why don't you think it's both? Have you ever tried switching to organic, say even for a month? I'll take the fries, thanks.

  • No thanks, I have friends who are obsessed about organic food, and believe me, they are not the healthiest individuals. I agree, organic food is better, but I'm not obsessed about it. Certainly, if there are organic food available, I'll try to get it. But you can't get organic avocado anywhere from where I live.

  • I just had organic avocado on my burger last night. Well, it's made a huge difference to my health - things I never would have guessed were linked to my food. Good luck on the avocados!

  • yes i do know what foods are produced on farms, thanks for the info, but like i said i wasnt talking about livestock.

  • yeah well i aint talking about livestock. farmers dont usually grow meat do they?

  • Yea but she is talking about both plants and live stock. Organic standards apply to meat as well. You can buy organic meat and eggs as well fruits, vegetables, breads, etc.
