Now that Clark County has pulled their night employees to work during the day because they can not be trusted, is Clark County really doing what is in the best interest and the safety of the Public?
Today a Clark County Employee decides to serve a TPO against Juan Rivera. Not only is it against the law to keep a private citizen out of a Public Building but, to also revoke Mr. Riveras' 1st & 14th Amendment Rights of the Constitution! Not once did Mr. Rivera, a Marine, family man and good friend to many-has never threaten any physical harm to no one. Paranoia is a disease that is at the core of the evil Corrupted Clark County.
Today @12:20pm, my old boss Gary Torgerson of Clark County Business License calls me and in a nut shell he stated that "your job is not the only thing you are going to lose!" Threat? I say yes. But why? Must of hit a nerve. Corrupted, very likely!
But, the most important of things is that somehow and someway-Clark County has to rectify these problems not by cover-ups but by securing the earned publics trust that has not been their much or at all.
Now in supposed economic turmoil, Clark County seeks forgiveness in discrediting by means of defamation and physical attacks to the public itself for whom they suppose to do their jobs for!
To add that they have just laid off employees which should have been done years ago. Of course Clark County has high paid individuals which say otherwise.
It is incredible that Clark County employees that are corrupted, would go to the extend of what adults would call child play. Their unfortunate actions to undo the truth already out there has made them even more ignorant to believe that their actions would not lead back to them. I'm dumbfounded because most have a college education, very unfortunate.
3. The hostile work environment which has been allowed by CCBL Drctr. J. Holloway and actually done by the hands of a very corrupted Dan Hoffman, a person which held a made up position managing nothing but himself with no concrete Clark County Agenda but his own=waisted public resources at best!

It is well known now that Clark County and their corrupted status has been and continues to be part of what you should have on a resume in order to be taken serious and become an employee with longevity. Meaning in short, be as corrupted as most of our Clark County employees to be considered for permanent status position in our non-equal employment opportunities.

The commission and Clark County Manager Thom Reilly appointed community leaders and experts from the local private, public and non-profit sectors to an ethics task force. In an open statement, the county manager thanked the task force members for their participation and charged them with reviewing the existing ethics laws and policies with special focus on the cooling-off period, conflicts of interest and sanctions for violations.
In an effort to boost peoples faith in county government and process, the county commission recently updated and strengthened the ethics laws and policies that apply to county employees and elected officials.
