My younger sister was driving on the NJ turnpike I was in the passenger seat, everyone was going about 10 mph and sure enough SLAM! We were hit from behind by... drumroll... a Korean woman. So we pull over and get out and ask for her info, and she is like "sorry, no, English, no, me can't speak." We were like Bullshit, quit pretending, give us your info now or give it to the police. Instantly her English improved and she gave us her insurance info.
