I have seen things much similar to this, and I know of a way to decode it. However, I cannot say how to actually solve it. All I can say is that it involves counting. Hope that isnt a giveaway.

decode it duh! size of words, were certain letters CANT be that kinda thing.. cant be that hard, let me narrow it down.. there are only 2 one letter words... so S and Z must be thouse two right? that means none of the other letters can be A or I :D try a chart?
