dogs usually have a certain spot on where they go to the bathroom so when u do take ur dog for a walk its normal for them not to do what they need to, until they get back to their normal spot

maybe before you take him outside try getting him to eat and drink so then he will probbly go outside

my dog did the same we had to get rid of him but soon were getting another ithinl

It wasn't that extreme, dude. I just had to pick up on his schedule and now he pees at 7:10 AM, 4:30 PM and 10:00 PM. I just have to tap the wee wee pad and he comes to do his biz, then I take him outside after a ton of praise and petting. Cool dog.
