  • Fucking sad.

  • i like your video pretty awesome =)) keep it up

  • I think the 1st generation CRX was rated to corner at around .85 G's. For comparison, the new Corvette corners at 1G. Not bad for a car the would cost you about $3,000 in great shape. It literally handles like it is on rails and ith the sway bar on mine, It's virtually impossible to lose traction on a dry asphalt road.

  • If you love this car, you should go check out the 1st generation CRX. I rebuilt an 85 model from the ground up and even threw in some engine upgrades. I regularly get anywhere from 34-36 mpg in the city, 43-45 on the freeway, and 38-41 combined. All this with a sleek sports coupe design and a 0-60 time well under 9 seconds. Ive had it to 115 mph myself and it might go faster. The interior is cavernous enough to carry a drum set. Very simple, do-it-youself, repairs with basic knowledge included

  • I have a smart car. Its blue:)) and I love it!!!!!! LOL

  • i love the diesel one its so good on fuel never have to fill up and very nippy even on the highways dont try to put veg oil in it i tried and was a bum to start first time for whole day ive never had difficulty using veg oil in a diesel motor ive used for years ,i think it might have something to do with the parts being so small easily clogs up the injectors got it started again but that was a gamble on brand new car thought i had destroyed, it thank God , seems i only have worn the ignition

  • get a turbo diesel excursion and have 20mpg with eight people inside. Your a pin-pong ball to my truck and everybody thinks your just a little bit more gay for owning a smart car.

  • very fat friendly.

  • The Smart Car in not only an automotive atrocity, it's completely GAY!! ... Also, safe around Semi's my ass...

  • Afraid to ride in a small cars are we? Want to be safe? talk about atrocitys? talk about your ass? what? what??

  • @smartcartfor2 It'll be two years this June. I've done Seattle-San Francisco roundtrip twice now. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

  • I've had mine for nearly 2 years ... how are things going for you? I've had no mechanical issues! the SmartCenterorlando does a great job keeping it going. I did replace the polycarbonate roof due to it crackling up... smart handled that for me. Would love to hear how yours is going. I have several videos on my youtube channel showing mine. bye for now.

  • I'm purcasing a brand new passion coupe the day myTiburon is paid off. Can't wait!

  • I'm in love with smarts too!

Great cars! You should see 60mpg+ in the end.

    enjoy.

  • It would be alot safer than getting in an accident on a motorcycle that goes alot faster.

  • Know what would be best? If we didn't have idiot driviers and didn't have to be scared of even getting into a wreck. :P

  • I attribute my knowledge to Consumer Reports. Call it the bible of auto information.

  • >> maginets

    That would be "magnets" bozo.

  • stop flirting, faggot

  • So you think Shaquie Oneil is a fag? How about the Mayor of Washington Dc known as Adrian Fenty. Both of them own Smart cars and neither one are fags. Oh and don't forget Jay Leno the guy who owns a lot of cars as well as a Smart who is far from a fag. Just for your information i know a lot of "married men " as in the man and woman type who have a Smart car. Bottom line, don't go making smart ass remarks like the one you made!

  • oh and does the sunroof open or is it just a glass peice

  • Just a piece of plastic with a screen on the inside to shade the passengers. I wish it opened but alas alack...

  • is the smart car front wheel drive?

  • so it gives you a false sense of security because they have proven the car can stand up in the crash tests but there are some pretty poor results for the any body in the car.

you become the tennis ball in the worlds cruelest game of tennis if you are hit by any larger vehicle its simple physics.

  • 0-60mph in 20 seconds..thats not smart ...thats dangerous........=O

  • the official test showed 12.8 actaully

  • thats still terrible! and the average smart car driver, drives to save gas, so he going to get up there in 20 seconds either way

  • mpg my truck gets 18

  • It's less than 14 seconds.

  • Nice video. I love my little Smart 2003.

    /Stockholm

  • I enjoyed you smart car videos. I've had mine since March 17, 2008. If was not until late June that I saw another smart and it's driver. This car delivers more smiles per mile. And yes I hear the smaller kids call it the Wii car. It took me a while to figure out what they were talking about.

  • If I ever buy another gas-powered car, this is one in which I'd definitely be interested. However, I'm still waiting for auto manufacturers to begin manufacture of electric cars (again) and will probably go that route...if I don't just continue to ride my bicycle (complete with mini Buddha) and take it on the bus when necessary. Kudos to you for doing your part.

Spent some time on your site earlier...'twas a nice visit, indeed. Metta.

  • i would get one but......on average it costs around 600 bucks a month to run a car...and i can afford that sure, but barely with the high price of city living...that would be an extra 600 bucks in my pocket for eating out...and gadgets...and clothes...and besides Vancouver has good public transportation and i could use my bike...if it was cheaper...and got better mileage...i would get one

  • 0-60 in 15sec, 0-60 in 130ft not too good, you dont want to be merging on may freeways with those stats. Hey, they are great for NewYork or San Fran/LA big congestion cities etc - not for anyone who has a real commutes. Great for running errands, running around town shopping or what not. I drove one, i too got it to 90mph..it was govened not to go faster..and thank GOD for that, it was a wobble gobblin. Enjoy your car - be safe, glad you love your Smart.

  • I've put *lots* of folks in my Smart Car and no one has complained about it being too small.

  • Nice one! My dad was the first generation of the smart.
