we're lucky hitler decided to backstab stalin and tried to invade russia and failed, resulting in germany having to fight on 2 fronts. uk and usa wouldn't have stood a chance to liberate europe if the germans hadn't suffered great losses vs russia and could entirely focus on the western front. germany at full force would have kicked america's ass if both countries were next to each other, but the large distance between them would have made an american invasion really unpractical

I took the time for you to get some stats. 5.3 german military casualties on all fronts. about 3.5 million on the eastern front (just sovjets), about 800k on the western front (usa and other countries) by the time the americans landed in europe and started attacking germans in the west, the russians had almost pushed the germans back into germany in the east

@xirvin92 well the germans were the first with a nuclear program, it were in fact germans in the usa who helped develop the a bomb. but they were sending milions of soldiers to the eastern front, even scientists to fight, spending loads of their resources there. if instead of fighting each other russia and germany had worked together, dividing europe between them, then I think there's a good chance germany would have been able to make an A bomb before the usa.

My actual theory if the Nazis obliterated the Allies and won the war... Is that the Jews would have been alost completely exterminated and Africans would have been made into slaves.
