I've never done this challenge, so I'm trying to figure out how to equate this to shots of liquor. I'd say most liquors are around 40% alcohol content. If this was a relatively strong wine (10% alcohol content or so), then 4 shots of this wine would equate to 1 shot of liquor. That makes this challenge almost like doing a shot of liquor every 4 minutes for an hour. That's 15 shots of liquor in an hour! Someone please prove me wrong.
