On a trip to Tokyo in '97 I wondered into a record store and found a listening booth to check out the current local pop and rock music. I never got past Cornelius' Phantasm that was in the first slot and ended up spending the next hour or so listening to the album standing right there.

This is one of the all-time great headphone albums. The version I picked up that day contained an orange pair of earbuds packed in with the CD so it seems pretty clear how he wanted you to hear it.

it first aired in the uk on saiko exciting (presented by seera who now works on an american holiday program) its a music vid she picked out from japan as she is half japanese.

i think they should bring back saiko exciting, it was great show with good anime episodes and good humour. i dont know why sci fi channel cancelled it!

sci fi cancled it due to low rateings. now the key fact is they decided they would seprate saiko exciting from the anime and just make it a hour long japane culture show. now i still loved it like this but its flopped aprrently. they did this since people were going "oh why have this stupid stuff between evangelion and nadesico!" so i loved every moment of it all. and i just wish i could watch it again. at the very least the opening sequance. "saiko exciting oh so inviteing very intiseing!"
