Actually the constitution has been changed up a bit. Parts of it were amended (Allow women's sufferage and end slavery, etc.) It is the Bill of Rights which has not and will not be changed. It is what protectes all of our right, freedoms, and liberties. By the way the Bill of Rights is our 1st 10 amendments.

Most states allow full autos. To get them however costs a lot of money and you must have a class three license. This cost money as well, you must be backround checked (NO CRIMINAL record), fingerprinted, paperwork, and then send it in. Take 3-6 months to get it. Yes you are allowed to own a M16 full-auto if it was manufactured before 1986. You do have to jump through a lot of hoops and pay a lot for the permits, but you can own them in a number of states.

Since America is so distracted by useless entertainment, ignorant, and dumbed down combined with harsh gun control law, I do think it's easy to take those guns away from residents. The military has highly trained troops with the most advanced weapons. They'll take the guns away by force if they have to. and you know what, during the time of katrina people were still getting used to things like the patriot act and other issues. the ecomomy wasnt really as bad and people were not laid off work and looking for answers like they are today. the word is getting out big time. the elite have made alot of errors in their plan, i took full advantage of being off work like others a few years back when the economy started taking a dump. so i am thankful of being laid off. i see things more clear now.

The department of Defense has stopped selling all of there used (once fired) brass to american reloading companies (the ones that make our ammo that we buy at walmart... etc...) this will drive the price of ammo up 300% if the companies have to start using new brass. Actually the constitution has been changed up a bit. Parts of it were amended (Allow women's sufferage and end slavery, etc.) It is the Bill of Rights which has not and will not be changed. It is what protectes all of our right, freedoms, and liberties. By the way the Bill of Rights is our 1st 10 amendments.

Yes you are allowed to own a M16 full-auto if it was manufactured before 1986. You do have to jump through a lot of hoops and pay a lot for the permits, but you can own them in a number of states.

If you notice he is turning the gun in many directions looking for manufacturing faults. Most gun shops do not allow returns after the gun has been fired, some not at all. Thats just common sense to thoroughly inspect any firearm you intend to buy. There is also a no clip rule in gun stores. No bullets in the clips nor in the guns.

Personally I hate guns) BUT there are 2 aspects of this augment that must be analyzed 1) he is proclaiming a scenario where people would be powerless to reject any government ruling they disagree with i.e. no more free speech
2) The reason the second amendment was introduced is so the rights of the people are respected and a removal of these rights would knowingly be meet with rebellion and this basically removes the threat of rebellion

If you buy weapons, try to buy ones that are the same as or use the same size cartridges as the ones used by the National Guard or Army, that way when you capture weapons,you will always have enough ammunition to use them effectively. Capturing weapons,especially superior weapons, is the name of the game.Also making contacts across the border=unlimited supply of heavy weapons and explosives (I've been told :=) I´m not suggesting to do this, I'm just telling you what your CIA would do.

Here are some "tips"? about how Homeland Gestapo will operate in case of serious civil disobedience/armed rebellion:
1-Transfer potential troublemakers to unfamiliar or distant areas (to prevent them from accessing weapons and other useful articles they may have hidden/buried near where they live.
2-Transfer National Guard and military personnel to areas where they don't know the locals.
3-Confiscate all weapons and ammunition.
4-Restrict travel.
5-Prevent public gatherings of people.

You guys are not picturing what is going to happen very well. If you have bought weapons or ammunition with an ID card of any kind, you are on Homeland Security's list and when they get ready to, they will bring out National Guard troops and go house to house demanding all your weapons and ammo, especially from those with registered weapons!They will search every house and property with metal detectors and dogs.You will be arrested if you are on the list and don't give up your weapons.

I am in the national guard, it would be hilarious if they asked us to go to our family and friend's home to take their weapons and ammo. That will never happen unless they want to see a mass revolt in the military. They would have to bring in U.N. "Peace Keepers" to do it. Over 1/3 of families in America own at least one gun, that is over 100,000,000 legal gun owners. Don't be afraid of the national guard, but when the blue helmets show up, time to worry.

They won't send you to your neighborhood or local area, they will send you to nearby towns,switching guardsmen around so that there are no chances of soldiers being faced with having to deal with personal contacts, friends, relatives etc. These are typical techniques used in Latin American countries.

I understand where you are coming from, but I know you are wrong. It will never come to the military disarming American citizens, I know my entire battalion would refuse. We are not Latin Americans, we are Americans. That is one of the benefits of having a 100% volunteer military, you get mostly good and honest people joining the military. Over 70% of the military describes themselves as conservative, you are safe. Worry about the U.N., not us.
